The kids loved the pool and park on the premises, as well as the games room where they could play table tennis and other physical games.
There was a supermarket less than a 10-minute walk away, which was convenient. Kitchen utensils were provided. There was no oil or seasonings. There was no shampoo in the cabin.
The cabin was compact, and the pool and grounds were always clean, making it a very comfortable stay!

Stayed here for 4 nights with my 3 children.
Check-in was quick and smooth, with a complimentary litre of milk.
Pool and spa quite spacious - spa was perfect temperature.
There's an outdoor playground as well as an indoor playground, table tennis, giant chess, giant connect 4, kids TV area, outdoor cinema, adults TV area and gym.
Amenities, laundry, and camp kitchen were all clean as easily accessible.
There's a Woolworths just down the road.

Small facility, 15-20 minutes walk from the tram station, suitable for driving, mini bathroom, shared frying table, microwave next to the bed without separation, very strange, service staff are very polite and kind, the overall environment is good

Stayed here for one night in order to attend our son's graduation from Latrobe Uni. After that we went to the Knox Club in Wantirna. This Big 4 park was perfectly located for both locations. The cabin was lovely, clean and comfortable. I left behind a "special beanie" and the empathetic receptionist rang and let me know they had found it. We organised its return via the post. Thanks everyone at the Park for a pleasant stay and for caring

Cabin clean and tidy, well maintained, all necessary equipment in good order, Office staff were exceptional and helpful, and yard crew very friendly and accommodating. The park is well laid out and very clean and green. The HUGE television and safe yard for children was a great option for families, as was the play area and the pool with spa. Probably the best caravan park we have stayed at. God location and handy to trams to the city, Highly recommend this park.
