Hotels with Breakfast in Coblong

Well, at the first time we areived everything went well. Welcomed by Mr Agus THE ONE AND ONLY BEST STAFF in this hotel (others were worst!), he assisted us to the room very polite gesture and good communication. Started while i asked for more bath towel, coz i booked 4 rooms for family, and i occup the room with my parents which more than 3 person inside, however they said it is unable to send more otherwised it charged. We understood and cancel the request instead. We also cannot refill the bottle of water (the small size one) they said it will charged in IDR 30.000 which i understood and we cancelled the request and bought by ourself outside. Second day, after we held a family event, we are extremely exhausted. After bought a food (soup) we req them to deliver a bowl. And they said they will sent it up. Until end of the day, the bowl was not coming, and my sister ate it from its plastic! Me and my husband decided to extend the stay to higher type of room, we paid all in advance, we understand because we booked the reservation in a last minute at around 12pm, the rsv was still not interface to the system i guessed, and they asked us to wait and will call to info us when the rsv interfaced already. Until more than 30 mins, no one get back to us, we did not complained at all, i came to reception met argita which was the person who handled us, and she informed that the rsv have been received (and no one call us). i did registration as normal and they gave us the room in a lower floor which was not our preference, and asked to get higher floor. They said, they will call us due to the room was not ready yet, which -again- we understood. We are waiting until 2 pm but nobody call us, and i came again to them asked for my room, surprisingly the room was ready :) thank's God because we are very initiative to ask them :) i guess if i was not asking my room, they will never call us... No apologize conveyed due to we need to wait for room nor call us to collect the key. Also the boy before argita, who handled us in the receptionist needs to be trained how to listening to the request and question well and conveying the information well to the guest. Other thing why i fed up was, we ordered food outside, and the reataurant forgot to put the cuttleries, and i requested to them for cuttleries, this rude staff named Sansan, said it chargeable, well i still don't understand and asked why it chargeable, and he explaination was unbelievable and i really hate to explain it here ( you can try by yourself to proof this if you want to loss your day and money only to get worst service:)) he said the information was on the room svc menu which was not there! He said, the charge is for the possibility, if only the cuttleries can be lost which we don't have any plan to lose it :) i told them that last night when we requested the bowl, it didn't come, and no apologize AT ALL. Only the rude explanation from this SANSAN. The spv gave us a so-so explanation and apologize after

last minute booking on a long weekend. out fault. however please do take note the rooms on 1st floor got window to in hotel alley, not to outside the building. the swimming pool is shared with sister hotel aston and it's not that big (dip swim only). cihampelas is also a declining area, not like 90's good old days of fashion center. they do have nearby cihampelas walk which is beautiful though. receptionist, bell boy and restaurant staff give excellent and attentive service, thumbs up. however the security guard try too hard to the point that they don't leave much personal space for us to take care of our family ourselves. i have to ask them to stay out of my parent's way yet they still standing too close not allowing me to comfortably close my parent's car door.

a nice place to stay in bandung with homie feels and green environment. with an old dutch building style and nice interior surounding the property makes you feel living in a huge collonial villa at 1970s. The room is nice and spacious with complete amenities and 4 bottle water (a generous for hotel these days that only give 2 bottle) also the toothbrush and tooth pastw has a brand and good quality (not a cheap or one time used model) a very imppresed. Beds & TV channel are ok. The facilities are ok with one restaurant attach to a swimming pool with a forestry view makes you blent in into nature. Very refreshing. The breakfast are also ok not many variety but some are good. Maybe need to add more or create a speciality to make people remember the best dish in this hotel rather than serve many foods without any good taste. The staff are different in some area, security and front office were nice and warm hospitality very helpful but at the restaurant some staff seems not so friendly or too stiff and serious doesnt care you are there or not. Well, you are in hospitality industry/hotel so 24hours you must ready to serve any customer you have. Because of the ambience and interior helps me to put GOOD rate for this hotel. I will be back for sure.

The rooms are clean, the service is friendly and very helpful. This hotel is good for its category. If you ask me will I come here again? the answer is of course yes. Tbh, I hope the restaurant will open for the next year. So, I don't need order for an online food only for breakfast. Thankyou, see u next trip Bandung.

I stayed for three days and I was able to explore Cihampelas during the day and enjoy the comfort of my room during the night. It was an enjoyable experience. For a solo traveler, the hotel has a great value for money. It's hard to find other properties with such a great location and value for money for a solo traveler. It has all the amenities you need, the staff was polite and efficient, and the breakfast was decent enough. However, If you're traveling with your family or with an entourage of more than three people, there are better properties nearby that could offer more value for money and more amenities with the same level of comfort.

The location is very comfortable away from Dr. Kebising. Kmrin Nginep in Room 307: The towel smells of a gas, the sheets are stains, the air conditioner is not cold (the dead suit is dead). Fortunately, the smell of air conditioner is not hot.

The location is very strategic, can be reached from any direction, the rooms are quite big, but equipment such as amenities is very lacking, you have to ask for towels, the water is not hot enough, the room door sometimes doesn't lock, there are no bathroom mats, pillowcases and the towels are too dirty

Its a decent hotel with no memorable experience. Well only the smart lock, which is new for me. You need to download and register the key. I was tired when checked in, so to wait for the app and register took a bit more time than just using a normal card key. Lobby is clean. Small but clean room and bathroom as advertised. Free snacks (peanuts, 1 bag of chips, 1 fitbar) and drink in the fridge (1 can of cola). Our room located on the second floor facing the road, my husband couldn’t sleep because of the noise coming from the road. The hotel seemed less busy, so i asked maybe we can get late check out, but only given 30 minutes more. Kinda disappointed. At least you could give like 1pm or 2pm especially when the hotel is not busy at all. Breakfast area is on the 5th floor. Nice setting. Breakfast spread were just ok and has variety. I liked the carbonara. But other than that it was just ok. Coffee tasted bland. The only friendly face and helpful staff were Ms Maya in the breakfast area. The hotel is in good location, close to Rumah Mode. I just wish the hotel will improve their guest relation, that the guest will feel more welcome in the hotel. The parking area is spacious.

Originally wanted to stay across the street which was Serela, but because the overbook (two of Serela and Traveloka) was forced to move to Green Batara. Unfortunately, there were still rooms in Green Batara. Unexpectedly, the room booked by Serela was a standard room with a large twin bed. Can fit for 4 people and quite large. Rather useless at that time because I only stayed alone. Honey, the interior (both the room and bathroom) is a bit old though the hotel is not too old. There is also a free WI-FI facility in the room with inconsistent signal quality. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. The depth in the room is quite bad. When I was able to hear people talking from the next room through to the room at night. Fortunately the sound from outside did not pass into the room. Because no breakfast, there was no breakfast menu review. The hotel lobby is mixed with the waiting place for passengers who want to travel X-Trans. The consequences, the special seats in the lobby area are limited. It seems that it is not a serious problem, anyway, the passengers are not so much and do not bother the hotel guests. For those who are going to stay in Green Batara, it is best not to bring a car because the parking area is limited. Although the facilities tend to be limited, this hotel is enough for sleeping. More suitable for people who often go out.
