Hyatt House Atlanta Cobb Galleria

Walking in we were greeted but the nicest person named Alex. Our room was spacious had a kitchen that we made use of and was nice and cool. Breakfast provided eggs, sausage, home fries,waffles and fruit plus bread options or cereal. Everyone we encountered was so nice and some every time.

Came with family for special occasion. Hotel is tired and in need of a face-lift, elevators are barely functional and so slow it's painful. One stairwell is inaccessible from inside the hotel, other is at the far other end so elevators are what you get - plan an extra 10 minutes to anything you need to do. Staff on check-in were ok, it was busy but met minimum expectations. If you're getting a room with a pull-out sofa in hopes of using it. Just bring an air mattress. 20+ years of staying in hotels and it was easily the worst. Truly did not meet even the lowest expectations of what you could imagine. The room bed was better, but only marginally. Coffee from in-room coffee-maker was undrinkable it was so bad, went down at 6:45am to get coffee from the lobby only to find there was none and an incredibly rude and dismissive staff grunted that there was no coffee and come back at 7am when breakfast opened. Also, on Saturday night at 7PM went to get a drink from the "bar". No one was working the bar, the front-desk agent was overwhelmed with the two guests needing his assistance and couldn't help. When I came back later there was another front-desk agent who said they could help, but had no idea how to make mixed drinks and winged it instead of saying so. What she made was not in the same universe as what was ordered and may have been illegal. Did not even try to drink it. I'm an experienced traveler who has used Hyatt Place before and other Hyatt brands, will not ever stay here again and I can't imagine why any of the sites I found would recommend it.

This was a very nice hotel, I was only there overnight. Nothing terribly memorable but nothing I could complain about either. The staff was very friendly. The room was big and clean. I wasn't able to try the bar food as the bar was quite busy. The breakfast was especially good, more choices than at the other hotels I had breakfast at during this vacation, and included turkey and pork sausages, omelets, muffins, and eggs along with waffles, syrups, nutella, jams and jellies. I would definitely stay there again

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. We have never been disappointed. The rooms were very clean. The staff is amazing. Thank you so much Alex in particular for all you did for us. The breakfast was great.

The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare small meals, including cookware, silverware and dishes. The bed was crisp and comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with full size toiletries in the shower, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. I used the fitness room and it was well equipped with free weights, a cable station, treadmills and a Peleton bike. It was easy to get a quick workout session in, the gym was very clean. The breakfasts were excellent, they had it all. Eggs, omelets, waffles, cereals, fruit and yogurt. Plus oatmeal and grits. It was nice to have a full hot breakfast to start the day. I highly recommend staying at this location.

Convenient location with close proximity to I-75. Clean and updated. Breakfast was great and well managed. On-site parking does not support full capacity and overflow parking is across the street and not close at all. Guests were making make-shift parking spots that blocked aisles of lot. Worse of all though is that this hotel permitted guests in the room across from us to have 2 dogs in their room. The dogs barked until midnight. Ugh. This location has high potential but the parking obstacle and barking dogs harmed our experience. Disappointed.
