I bought a suite with a balcony, and then he gave me a room with two beds. The price of the suite is different from the price of the two rooms, which I am very dissatisfied with.

Rooms were clean, just a little average/outdated compared to the new lobby. Beds are firm but comfortable. Microwave and fridge inside room. It’s about a 20 minute drive into the city depending on traffic but for the price of the room it was worth it for us as we rented a car anyway. Parking lot was also free to use. Did not use the pools and decided to pass on the restaurant so cannot speak on those. The staff however was amazing, especially Tonya! So sweet and friendly. Montana was also very welcoming.

The hotel pictures are different from what I have seen on their website. The lift is making a weird sound as if it’s going to collapse. Also, when I called for the 200$ deposit I was asked to give till my checking out, the lady who picked the call said that it will take 14 business days. She was rude over the phone. I won’t recommend this hotel at all. Hoping to get back my 200$

This hotel is located close to restaurants & The Battery in Atlanta. If you’re going to Truist Park for a game they have a van that will drop off & pick up. A real perk since parking is at a premium & very expensive. The staff there was very nice & accommodating. Would definitely stay there again!

Had a reception here celebrating my daughter graduating from Medical School. Drove up from Savannah & had to get all the guests here from Florida, South Ga. & SC. Traffic was crazy, flights delayed, and to top it off the air conditioning in my suite was broke. It didn't get fixed the 1st day and i was sooo miserable. It was fixed early the 2nd day and i have to say that the staff here was amazing from the bartender that serviced our reception. I don't remember anyone's name but he did an excellent job. Also, the evening front desk gentleman that resembles "the weeknd was ALWAYS pleasant and very helpful when assisting us. The food attendants for the reception was very attentive and nice. It's a diverse top notch staff that makes an organization function well. They never gave up on me and really made my stay a joyous one! Thank you!
