Atlanta Marriott Northwest at Galleria

During our recent visit, my husband and I were awaiting check-in and thoroughly enjoyed the service provided by bartender Lexi. Her friendly demeanor and attentive service were greatly appreciated. We hope to encounter her again during our next stay.

Ms Bunton and Barbozas continued customer service, friendly and accommodating staff make this my favorite hotel for summer baseball trips! Easy to book, accommodating, friendly staff with plenty of amenities! Not to mention the area around the hotel is fantastic for runs, bike rides, restaurants etc!

Christopher Gates greeted us so gracefully on our special occasion. He went the extra mile in making sure our stay was memorable and we truly appreciate his great service and hospitality

We arrived on Friday afternoon with two other couples for a weekend Atlanta Braves trip. This is an older Marriott property, but the staff is five star top notch, including Phyllis Bass, the manager, and Mr. Fields the cook who made the best eggs I’ve ever had in my life. One of our friends had an issue with their breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning, Mr. Fields had baked us all cookies now that is customer service. As far as Mrs. Bass goes. She’s the most loving, caring customer oriented personnel you could imagine!!! She made our stay five star absolutely the best service we’ve ever had at any Marriott and we are Platinum Elite loyal members. We will always stay here when we visit Atlanta.

This hotel is what I look for in a hotel when I am traveling for business. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are quiet. The other thing that is important is that the room is dark at night so the sun doesn't wake you up at the crack of dawn. The Marriott checked all these boxes. The Marriott lounge on the top floor is adequate, with typical Marriott breakfast food. But the thing that made it special was the help was fantastic in the lounge. I have found every person every day polite and friendly. Just that made the stay worth it as a way to start your day. My only pet peeve about the hotel is that parking is $28 a day at the hotel. That seems expensive for parking outside a city center, but then the Braves stadium is nearby. That isnt enough to deter my from coming back again to the hotel.

the customer service was awesome for the weekend breakfast. They all were great. The experience that me and my family had was absolutely wonderful. We loved the conversations with the waitress and the supervisor. Thanks for the excitement and wonderful hospitality that was given to us. Thanks
