El personal muy bien, pero las instalaciones muy mal. Sin agua caliente, ruidos, todo roto y viejo, entrada aire, bichos. Para estar en el centro y precio medio alto, no lo recomiendo en absoluto. Después de ducharme días con agua fría, pedí la devolución del último día y todavía la espero. Me ofrecieron llevarme a otro hotel, pero no deseaba nada mas con esos gerentes.

No hubo agua caliente 2 dias, el segundo lo solucionaron pero me retraso en mis actividades lo cual fue un problema puesto que ya iba de salida para el aeropuerto, fue el unico detalle malo

Un hotel antiguo remodelado pero no sirve su elevador ocasionando problemas a personas de la tercera edad

Mi experiencia en el hotel fue excelente bueno trato muy amables los de lobby, mis planes en pareja cambiaron qe fui solo y a estar tranquilo pero lo recomiendo y me volvería a reservar para próximos planes

En general el servicio del personal son muy amables, la limpieza aunque la habitación aparentemente estaba a limpio las sábanas olían a sudor una mala experiencia en ese aspecto de lo demás no tengo quejas en absoluto
