AVOID this place if you want a safe environment for your family!
This motel was terrible. AIR QUALITY IS TERRIBLE. I went here with my family to visit the Foresta Lumina experience.
The walls were full of mold. You could smell it as you walked in. As you can see in the pictures, the wall are made of small wood planks. These capture humidity, mold and odors.
There is an air conditionner connected to that wall . it probably leaked behind.
THE AIR QUALITY was so bad I couldn't breath and woke up after 1 hour of trying to sleep over it.
I ended up sleeping in my freezing car since it was 2am and couldn't reach anyone.
The following morning, I told the owner and brought him to the room and he denied there was any problem to the room.
BUT MENTIONED "that smell is normal" ＜-- so admitted it by talking about a smell.
The 9 / 10 reviews date back to something like 2016.
Again , If you want a safe environment for your family this is NOT the place.

De vrais voleur . Quand j’ai voulu annuler ma réservation 76h à l’avance (le délais est de 72h maximum ) il ont tout de suite pris un énorme montant sur ma carte de crédit … plus gros que la réservation nominale. Impossible de me faire rembourser. ! JAMAIS je ne conseillerait cette établissement .

En soi, la chambre, pas grand-chose à dire ni l’entrée au motel qui est très beau et très entretenue. Mais cependant je mets la note de deux rien que pour l’accueil qui a été odieux, pas un sourire pas un Bonjour. Mise à part mettre notre carte de crédit, nous n’avons eu aucun échange nous, nous sommes vraiment sentis pas les bienvenus. Si nous avions pas été sous la contrainte d’une empreinte de carte bancaire et sans alternative de dormir ailleurs, nous serions partis. Malaisant !!!!!dommage pour l’image
