每年都過來除了疫情，這裏一直沒有變化，包括老舊的房屋設施，雖然期間稍微裝修了一下，但完全不能和經濟型酒店比，衹能算鄉村酒店，玻璃房很漂亮。

We stayed for one night as we were attending an event on the outskirts of Coalville. Xstatic festival. The staff were brilliant super helpful. The hotel itself is tired and dated and in need of some a serious update the bathroom was very old. But we slept well and the hotel was quiet and very peaceful. Plenty of free parking. Breakfast was fine plenty of choice.

Needed a room for one night while covering an event in nearby Ashby de la Zouch. This one was reasonably priced and close to the event. Room very clean and spacious and all the facilities you would expect were there in the room. Lovely view outside on to a bowling green. Quiet hotel on the edge of town. The hotel looks a bit dated and some items in my room were showing signs of wear and tear. Breakfast, excellent and staff friendly.

The staff were good and very accommodating but the building is tired and dated, needs investment. Low water pressure made the shower disappointing.

Hotel staff were nice, rooms very clean, bathromm clean but dated - Decent breakfast but no evening meals available but no big deal, Wetherspoon 5 mins drive round the corner

Very happy with my stay
I wasn’t sure what to expect due to mixed reviews. However I had a ground floor room as requested. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and importantly for me the hairdryer was good. The bathroom had a bath with a shower. The overhead shower was powerfully enough and the water was hot. I wasn’t disturbed by noise, it was peaceful. My tv worked. Kettle was clean.
The only downside was my room felt a bit cold. I didn’t ask about the heating, maybe if I had they’d have helped.
Breakfast was amazing. No complaints.
