The home is quaint and cozy. The couple who run it are friendly and competent. The home is not IN town but is only a few blocks away. One can walk there, if desired. One can even go 1 more block to even more shops, restaurants, and bars. If you want a quiet, comfortable place to stay in, this is it.

Bed was so uncomfortable and very cheap bed. The rug looked like it hadn’t been washed in years. The bathroom has a kid toilet and I couldn’t stand in the bathtub shower the ceiling was to low. It had an old plastic shower curtain around the claw tub. Overall it needs lots of work

Stayed here for a night while in Cloudcroft, and loved our stay. The owners were very nice and so helpful. We had a pretty view of the mountains from our room, and we enjoyed it with some coffee. Loved the breakfast too! The decor of the room was cool to look at as well. Lots of antiques!

Difficilmente si riesce a trovare una soluzione Bed & Breakfast nel sud ovest degli Stati Uniti. Cloudcroft è una località in alta montagna, a 2700 metri di quota, a un’ora di auto dalle dune del White Sands National Park. Gentilissimi i proprietari, Gail e Scott. La loro è una vecchia casa del 1906, tra le prime costruite nella foresta solo pochi anni dopo i primi insediamenti occidentali in New Mexico. La parte superiore è stata aggiunta in anni recenti. Non aspettatevi comfort e lusso, non si viene qui a cercare questo ma vivrete qualche ora in questa accogliente comunità, in una vecchia casa d’altri tempi e troverete persone interessanti!
