Hotel outside the city, the only solution on Easter day for under € 130 per double room. Very clean and welcoming, a bit like all the ibis chains. We had lunch at the restaurant downstairs having arrived late .... Eat there only if you have no other choice, all frozen and very bad. Otherwise location close to the highway but overall quiet all night. To go to the city you need a bus and then a tram, perhaps not very comfortable but feasible. Overall I would say 4/5.

Welcoming but different.Missed my welcome drink and internet was not good .I am used to internet from Accor but this was different and did not work well .Didn't really get the feeling that I was valued as a guest as a club member

Une équipe sympathique mais la salle de bain un peu abimée, canapé lit avec matelas trop fin, lits ok. Localisation proche d'un arrêt de tram mais un peu loin du centre ville. ok pour aller à l'aéroport

We had no issues whatsoever when we stayed here last Saturday night. We were in Dublin for a concert, staying at the Ibis for just the one night, and I can honestly say everything was fine with the hotel. Our room on the fourth floor, 425, was modern and clean. The channels on the TV were coming and going, looked like a weak signal, but we didn’t care about that as we were just there to sleep. I presume if we complained they would have sent someone up to have a look at it. It seems to be mostly Ukrainian refugees and various other nationalities staying at the hotel. Mainly women and children. We didn't include breakfast when we booked but it looked good. There were a couple of stains on carpets here and there but nothing that would bother us. The hotel seemed clean overall and there was no noise whatsoever during the night. We would have no problem staying here again.

I stayed here with my husband and son the night before an early morning flight from Dublin Airport, but the minute we pulled into the car park I instantly regretted it. Black binbags of rubbish all over the carpark (we subsequently found the same on the corridors inside), and groups of men hanging around the entrance and cars. The reception was the same. We checked in, went to our room and were immediately disappointed. The carpet was stained and filthy, but the worst bit was when we opened the bathroom door and a pungent sewage smell hit us, forcing us all to gag. We immediately went to reception and were allocated a new room. It was just as dirty, bit without the nauseating smell. Unfortunately not much sleep was had due to children running uo and down the corridor and banging doors for hours on end. We checked out (exhausted) at 3am and couldn't find anyone at reception. We then found the receptionist asleep in the lounge area! Only for the early flight, we would have walked out immediately, but to be honest it would have been more comfortable to sleep in the car.

Please take heed and avoid at all costs, we unfortunately had two stays booked here for July and August, the problems we encountered were many, first room no tv, move number 1, moved next door, same room type and that was okay except for the continuing noise and door banging. Down to breakfast and this was OK as we were early, the place is over run with so called refugees, I say so called as the car park had many cars parked up and the one that made me laugh was the Audi Q4 ETron car, listed at £51,751 in the uk for the base model, this wasn't the base model, but you knew that, 261 miles till it requires a recharge, it must of took an age fleeing the Russian onslaught!, On our second visit, we were put into our first room and yes the TV still didn't work, moved again and again due to horrible Irish Kerry ladies shoulder charging the room door and running around, parents were in the room?. Move number 3 and were up on the 4th floor, first appearances seemed good, lots of bins in the halls, bikes , prams. 1st night was OK, but two days later we still didn't have any room service and best of all was the bull the receptionist tried to give us as no service was given on Sunday, shut up when we told her the cleaners were looking after the refugees and were in the room net to us and had greeted us on our leaving for the day, the following day we pulled the cleaner up and she told us in no uncertain terms , she didn't have us on her list?.WTF, I have loads of support for helping refugees in time of need, but this hostel needs to make up their minds, The refugees are supposed to return in three years time and then these hostels are going to pay, they will need the likes of us then and they can get stuffed. Unless your already booked in and you have my sympathy on that, if you book having read not only my review then you deserve what you get. Do gooders your welcome to it.

I will never return, couldn't wait to leave, I would recommend people avoid this hotel at all costs. Where do I start, first off, when you enter the hotel, the seating on the left is covered in stains, looks terrible, as another review stated, there are loads of homeless or refugees staying at this hotel, kids running around, and on bikes in the lift, and up and down the corridors. We had checked online and it stated there was a restaurant on site, so we said we would eat there, I asked at check in is the restaurant open, she said no not now, open 8 - 10?? I see in another review the same happened someone else, and management are saying its because of a large booking??? Coinsidence it happened to us too, and no sign of a group?? Next we went up the lift, when the lift opened, there was loads of timber and rolls of insulation left there? We got to the room, simple and plain, which I was expecting, looked fairly clean, that was until I went to the bathroom, and saw what I thought was poo on the wall, until my husband took a closer look, and realised no don't worry it's not poo, just snot!!! Absaloutly discussing. The bed was very hard, and the pillows so thin. In the morning, I heard a knock on the door, I was asleep and unsure was it our door, then a second knock I got up and as I walked towards the door, the handle turned and someone was opening my door!!! The girl, (I presume a cleaner) said she would come back, I said yes that would be good!!! Check out was 12pm this was at 9. 15am! I told the girl at checkout and she apologised, but the same thing happened another couple I spoke to, at about 8.40am, why are staff coming into or even knocking on doors at this time, should they not have a list of rooms where people have checked out so they know where to clean. All in all, the experience was awful, a complete disgrace to be honest.

When I booked this hotel it was telling me that there was a restraunt when we checked in yesterday we went down to get dinner after travelling and were told the restraunt is closed and won't be open till 8pm.. I don't drive and there was no where close where we could get food I was very annoyed by this also the breakfast this morning was awful the sausages were stink! There is nothing but homeless people everywhere which is very off putting and some of them are quiet intimidating & there children are running around the hotel corridors banging doors and one child was actually going up and down the lift on a scooter I definitely would not visit here again and wouldn't recommend it for the money that we paid when you can't even eat in the place.
