Hampton Inn Clinton Mo

I reserved a room got to the hotel at 8am. Had a meeting to attend. Was told I couldn't check in early. Asked to check back by 11am the room will be ready. I called back and was told I can only check in at 3pm. I was forced to go to a different hotel. I canceled the reservation but was charged for the whole price. I have been a member supporting their business for the past 10 years. I called and spoke to the hotel manager Pamela who was extremely rude to me, I requested to speak to her supervisor and she gave me the contact to the corporate office I called and explained to a gentleman and he said a staff will call me the next day. Till date, No one has reached out to me. They lost a loyal member because of greed. I will make video about this on all social media Platforms so No one will be a victime of their scam

We stayed here one night on our way to the ozarks . The place was clean , reasonably priced and the staff very friendly and accommodating. It is close to the highway so rooms on that side are loud from the road noise ( my wife wasn’t happy) . The breakfast was the standard fare which is ok for me as all I eat is either toast or cereal . The coffee was strong which was ok . They do accept dogs with a few but service dogs are free. The hotel is very inviting and doesn’t have any odors . The place seems rather new and is kept up well especially the rooms. The biggest negative for me was the TV . The channels were either sports , news , no decent shows or choices . Sometimes it’s nice after a long day on the road to relax with a nice TV show .

We stayed here for a men's conference at LM (Life Ministries). This is an awesome hotel not too far from the convenience of stores and restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were pristine all amenities worked and breakfast was an added touch of hospitality! Thanks a million Clinton staff!

The rooms were clean. The staff were wonderful! When we got up the two mornings we were there, housekeeping employees were already out in the halls cleaning. The last morning my car battery was dead and we needed help to jump start it. Brandi the Morning front desk Manager quickly said she would help! She stood out in the -3 degree weather with us and helped us!! She stayed till my car was running! I went to get hot coffee afterwards and the morning cook was closing up the kitchen. She asked if I’d had breakfast because if I hadn’t she was going to fix me something! That all demonstrated one of the best customer service all around in a hotel/ motel I’ve ever experienced! I will definitely stay there again!

Their service was top notch!! They are great at multitasking and thats my specialty. My boyfriend C. loves taking me to hotels. Its not too far from the hospital either if you need to go there. The staff is are so funny too they laughed when I said "Well Huff me Stuff me" this is a good hotel.

The staff here is so friendly- everyone!!! From our checking to the breakfast person- everyone spoke to you. Not intrusive but just friendly conversation Our room was spacious & clean & very comfortable. We unfortunately left some items but they contacted us & are mailing them to us. Great customer service!!
