Spacious room with cold AC
Very spacious room and cold AC, comfortable beds and the staff very helpful, free continental breakfast, the coffee wasn't the best but for the price you can't really ask for more

My only issue was that the bathtub didn't have a matt in it already. When I was checking out, i mentioned it to the woman when i checked out and said to me YOU HAVE TO REQUEST IT. That should be included like towels and toilet.

There was no one at the front desk to check anybody in. After having to wait for someone to show up. Because my government ID didn't have an address on it. When someone finally showed up to check people in. The woman named "Vanni" I believe was quick to disregard my ID instead of just asking me for my address to enter into the system

Clean, easy, and accessible.
The room was non-smoking, but still smelled a bit of smoke. Maybe that was from the hallway, or maybe it was from someone having smoked in it previously. I was disappointed in the laundry services, as I bought detergent and dryer sheets to use, but when I went to use them, it took quarters, and there was no change machine and the front desk did not sell change. That's a pretty easy fix, and should have come up before and been resolved.

There is plenty of parking but the place wasn't that clean. Dirty refrigerator. Dirty bathroom.
The staff was slow.

We went to check in at 11pm, and the told us our reservation had been cancelled with no warning from them NOR *******. plus the area was kinda sketchy, and the outside was dirty.

Too many bed bugs!
Not a good place to stay. Heavy smoke and my clothes smell now. This place was dirty and not properly cleaned. poor room conditions and a lack of proper housekeeping, including finding insects, roaches, bedbugs, or insufficient amenities.
Unresponsive staff and a lack of customer service knowledge.The owners are just in it to make money that's it.

Room was clean but the rest of hotel left a lot to be desired. The staff were very accommodating and dealt with checkin very professionally as well as fixing issues immediately.
