The hotel was clean and comfortable, the young lady that checked us in was very personable for cheap as it was in that area it was probably one of the nicer properties

BEWARE if you bring your pet. Their website states $10/night per pet and a $25 refundable deposit. I had 2 reservations for 2 nights each, back to back and they charged me $15/night for 4 nights rather than the $10/night they advertise and charged me 2 $35 NON-REFUNDABLE deposits. WHAT A SCAM!! I work at a Days Inn in Pigeon Forge and we are also a Wyndham property so I am ASHAMED that they practice this pet scam. They either need to update their website, or BE MADE TO HONOR WHAT THEY ADVERTISE.

Had a great stay, wonderful time of rest, exactly what we needed! Room was clean, front desk was very nice! Easy check-in! Check-out was even easier!! Definitely recommend staying if you need to!

Nothing good to say about my experience here. My room had a non-functioning deadbolt, and when I brought it to their attention they suggested I just put my recliner in front of the door for security. Even their own key-card sleeve has a safety reminder to “always use deadbolt.” My safety was of no concern to them, and I was told there were no other pet-friendly rooms available to move to. There were definitely empty rooms, just none sanctioned as pet-friendly. Sadly this wasn’t even the only issue I encountered here but it was the main one. Cigarette smell in my non-smoking room being the next biggest (I was told this was actually their “air freshener” I was smelling, lol!!). No hot water in shower. Ripped carpeting and upholstery. Sorry excuse for breakfast. Honestly please learn from my mistake — just spend a little extra and stay somewhere else where you’ll be treated better. I honestly think I deserve a refund, but they declined.

The room was disgusting and smelled awful. It was clear that they did not clean prior to check in, or during stay. There was cigarette burns everywhere, cigarette ashes, and the stitch continually got worse.

Dirty and out of date furniture. Carpet dirty. I left my suitcase in the car. I hope the wyndom people come to the hotel and see this I am a wyndom member and I hope this is the only bad hotel that they have

An older motel . Clean. Nice bed . Squeaky bathroom door but that’s all. Outdoor freshly painted . We stay here every time on the way from Florida . Parking in front of motel room is handy. Take out restaurants to choose from within walking distance

Greeted with a smile. Check in was quick and easy. The parking lot was well lit. Room was spacious and clean. Water pressure was great. Breakfast was coffee, orange juice, and granola bars. It's right off the interstate so there are many choices for food from sit down home cooking to fast food. There's even a Walmart if you forgot something you needed for the trip. Checkout was just as easy. We would stay here again.

Room was dirty, dead cockroaches on the carpet, furnitures were dusty. They lied to me about the shared rooms asking, that they quit booking the shared rooms at the same time four years ago. I woke up in the morning and found the two shared rooms besides mine (one on the right side and left side) I was in the middle had been booked on the very same day.
