We are walking distance to the Village of Clinton, NY with its unique shops and eateries! The Suite is 1.5 miles from Hamilton College and 20 miles from Colgate University. We are in the "Foothills of the Adirondacks". You can enjoy the use of our beautiful yard, patio and outdoor fireplace. OUR PRICE INCLUDES SALES AND OCCUPANCY TAX. Amazing property in a very peaceful and safe area. Close to everything the town has to offer. The host were very friendly, knowledgeable and greeted us upon arrival. The Evergreen Suite was exactly as described, very clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

Relaxing Stay
Efficient room contained everything we needed in a lovely setting with special touches.Open bedroom, kitchenette and seating area opened with french doors onto a pretty garden.Location was just 15 minutes from family. Would have loved to shop in town if we had more time. Would come again.

My friend and I stayed here as we were attending a concert at Turning Stone ******. We both felt very safe. Dianne had snacks both on the table and in the refrigerator, including ice. Was very clean and very well stocked. It was convenient for us to get a Lyft driver to the ******. I was up early the next day and walked to Utica Coffee for an amazing cup of coffee and scone. The town is so cute. I would love to come back again and stay in town to both eat and shop. Defiantly a 5 star place, way better than a hotel and the price is right!

The Best Stay!!!
I honestly can't say enough about my stay at Dianne's place. The bed was super comfy, the shower was outfitted with the most wonderful smelling soaps, there were lots of snacks and things and the coffee was plentiful. Dianne was so quick to respond to any quesitons or concerns I had. It was so quiet for sleeping and reminded me of a cozy cabin in the woods. I will definately be staying here again!!

I wasn't sure what to expect prior to arriving. The place was so inviting. The best part was the people. We stopped by the front porch on the way to get pizza and talked with the people there for 30 minutes!

Wonderful. Wonderful.
Just had the best stay at Dianne’s Evergreen Suite; it felt like home. The place is well-designed and well-outfitted. There’s loveliness everywhere you look. Everything we could need was there — good snacks, good breakfast foods, good coffee (with a pitcher of cream in the fridge!) & on and on. The bed is so comfortable (great quilts) and the shower pressure is just right. Plus you can walk to Nola’s — which we recommend you do — in just minutes.
I intend to stay here whenever I’m in the area — if I’m lucky enough to get a reservation.

Property was very nice. We didn't get a chance to sit out back because of rain but yard with patio is looks good.
