The beds at this hotel were the most comfortable I've slept in in my recent trip through ten cities in Europe and the US: it's not surprising that the website includes details on where to buy the bedding. Apart from that, it's a fairly typical mid-range chain hotel in a somewhat out-of-the-way area (I went there for a convention). The rooms have fridges and microwaves as well as the usual features, the hotel has an indoor pool and a fitness centre, and there are plenty of eateries within a few blocks if you're not satisfied with the options at the bar or the snacks for sale at the shop. But it's the beds that will have me checking out Courtyard hotels next time I travel.

Solid choice in area as close by many food and activity options. Rooms are a touch small but comfortable and very clean. Lounge/bistro area very well done and set up. Staff solid and responsive. SO CLEAN it's scary!! Would easily book here again if in area.

Stopped for a night on our way to Vermont. Friendly staff and typical courtyard room. It was very comfortable. I think that the shower area could use a little maintenance, and the headboard was very strange. Not a headboard at all, but maybe some foam pillows wrapped in cloth? Great location for plenty of restaurants.

We had a horrible experience staying here. The battery died in our door lock, so when we came home for the evening at 11:30PM we were unable to access our room. The hotel’s battery charger for the door lock did not work. The only person working tried to pry out door open using a crow bar for well over an hour before giving up. We were told that this person has had to pry doors open numerous times before, so this is a recurring issue apparently. Marriott customer service was unable to do anything to intervene except to give us a case number and tell us they could put us up 14 miles away if we paid an additional $400+ (despite the fact that we had paid that for a room we could not access). Also the day we checked in our shower had a used wash cloth and used soap in it. We didn’t think that was the end of the world, but now it seems that this hotel is simply poorly run. The staff are nice, but there is a BIG management issue.

Newer property has a very modern look and feel. Unfortunately our room wasn’t ready at 4:00 so we were put on a waitlist, after traveling all day and just wanting a shower that was a bad start. We really liked the room; modular furniture and decor that was functional and neat. We stayed two nights and expected our room would be cleaned, but no one told us at check in that had to be requested in advance. We got back from a hot day at the racetrack w no towels to shower. Towels are very rough and in need of replacement. I’m giving a 4 star for the property, but we had a 3 star experience. I might stay there again if priced out of rooms in Saratoga Springs as happened this year.

Cet un hôtel propre, les chambres sont spacieuses, parfait pour un arrêt d’un soir. Le personnel à l’accueil est correct mais sans plus, j’ai demandé un tire-bouchon mais il fallait que je revienne une heure plus tard malgré que la personne aurait pu aller le chercher au bar. Le petit-déjeuner n’est pas inclus et les prix sont exorbitants, l’hôtel était presque vide. La dame à mon départ était très gentille.

We just spent two nights at this Courtyard while visiting the area and on our way to Vermont. Overall our stay was good. When we checked in, the woman at the front desk was friendly. She gave us the keys to both of our king rooms up on the 4th floor. (Rooms 401 and 402) When we walked into both the rooms they were super clean, however room 402 had a strong air freshener smell to it. Long story short, we moved to room 421 which was much better. That room didn’t have any strong chemical smells. Overall the beds in both rooms were super comfortable, no complaints there. Also all of the staff members we encountered were super friendly, I was impressed. We would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

Check-In and Out easy:) Bed and pillows comfortable:) Heard little noise from HWY. Shower pressure was average, but plenty of hot water:) No free breakfast:( Was not explained how purchase breakfast works and no info in room☹️ Saw other reviews about door bolt not locking, we had same problem (#334 )😮 Starbuck coffee good:) Room was large and came off clean:) Nice TV and selection:) Seems to be nice safe area:)
