This hotel is very dated and needs a complete refurbishment. It is completely overpriced for what you get. Beds are shabby, see other reviews. Breakfast was bad, eggs burnt, se other reviews. Checkout Staff was arrogant and provided an excessive bill. Diamond status ignored. Food credit only given after complaint.

The parking for hotel is basically nonexistent. It is for the movie theater and shopping mall. The hotel itself is fine. Not very convenient. The beds were pretty horrible. Lumpy. Go somewhere else. I think the hotel is more suited for business clients.

Expensive. Had a nice experience. Pool looked nice but was too crowded to use. Did make use of the fitness center. Attached to a restaurant/bar which was good. There are many other hotels nearby as well as a shopping mall. Front desk was always helpful and kind.

The warm welcome in the beautiful lobby set us up for a disappointing room. The bed was terribly uncomfortable (although I suppose that is subjective). The sheets didn’t fit the bed, so they tangled every time you rolled. The toilet needs a new ring, not 17 more layers of caulking, which are leaking all over the bathroom floor. The bathroom fan didn’t work. The water in the shower screamed while you used it. The coffee pot was broken. And to cap it off, our only view was the hotel roof full of ac units. Completely overpriced for a subpar room. I wish I could give the staff separate stars because they were super warm and friendly! Everyone we met was kind and seemed genuine. Lastly - please don’t think this hotel has a real pool. It’s slightly larger than the hot tub.

Stayed here last year for Xmas visit with family. Looked forward to this year’s visit for 6 nites and it hasn’t disappointed. All staff is super friendly and helpful. Lobby is so welcoming, room very clean and comfortable. The restaurant crew is a lot of fun.

The bathroom was dirty, I was trying to take a shower and the curtain had a lot of hair stuck as well as signs of mold, really bad. I was scared of getting bacteria or something when I stepped on the tub.

Superb accommodations, professional attentive staff; friendly and helpful. Conference room(s) we’re spacious and accommodating. Buffet breakfast was satisfactory. However the lunch buffet for our conferences was incredible and well prepared. Lots of local shops nearby. AMC theater next door was convenient… and a great escape when our seminars were boring and mundane.

I had a High School Reunion in the area. I arrived at the Hilton Garden and was greeted by the front desk staff who were polite, friendly and helpful. The check in was smooth and flawless. The hotel was seasonally decorated and was warm and welcoming. When I went to my room it was lovely, clean and well stocked. I was also helped by a gentleman with my bags as he saw me struggling with my suitcase. I believe his name was Tyrell and he was so helpful which was great because I had spinal surgery six weeks ago. He moved the cart he had out of the way and came to my aid, bringing the baggage cart to my room, he was a blessing. I walked into the restaurant area and was greeted by the manager who was helpful and friendly. He then handed me the menu I requested and turned me over to a sweet young waitress. I ordered a Rueben sandwich to bring back to my room. The sandwich was delicious, the perfect Rueben. The service was timely and the waitress provided me with everything I needed. I would highly recommend staying in this Hilton.

I would have given 5 except for the price. For one night we paid $440.00, somewhat more than what we usually pay. I understand that the town is busy due to events at Saratoga, but I didn’t know that at the time. We were just in town for one night to pick up our granddaughter. The other hotels had no availability that night. I guess we could have stayed in another town but Clifton Park is very close to where we needed to be. All that said, it was clean, comfortable and quiet, everything you could want, except that breakfast was not included in the $440.00 which was surprising. I’ve covered all the negatives. The positive is, this is a rather luxurious hotel, clean, with professional, friendly staff.
