An aging two-story property with no elevator. I’ve stayed in many, many BWs in the past, and this one just didn’t live up to my expectations. Room was clean, internet was good, but breakfast was disappointing, and lugging my bags up the stairs was a challenge. The faucet in the bathtub leaked, and the door knob to the bathroom was loose. I could fix the door knob; but not the leak. The one bright spot was the Delmonico’s Italian Steak House just down the road. Great food; great atmosphere.

The hotel is dated. The room had a musty smell. The remote would not turn on/off the tv or control the volume. The bathroom has no grab bars in the tub with a slippery surface when showering. The hair dryer was broken however maintenance did promptly replace it. At checking my rewards status was not acknowledged which was a disappointment since I enjoy the free water at check in. On the second morning of a four night stay I was forced to go to Dunkin for coffee and breakfast because there was no breakfast offered at 7:15 am. I’m not sure what time it opened that day. But it wasn’t at 6 like promised. The breakfast was disappointing. Only scrambled eggs and sausage (I eat neither), bagels, muffins, cereal or toast. Apples or bananas. No other proteins were available and nothing but heavy carbs. I am an egg white only person and due to diabetes, I need to limit my carbs. The only sweeteners offered were sugar and sweet and low. Luckily I bring my own stevia.

The room was not cleaned before we got there. Luckily we had a run in with the cleaner (when he let himself into our room while we were in there without knocking” and he cleaned the room for us. We did come back to a very clean room but it did smell like stale cigarettes. We only stayed for one night so we delt with it. I would not recommend for a longer stay.

Guys weekday trip to Saratoga. This place is getting better; we had a working fridge / TV (unlike last time we stayed here.) Room was clean and you have to ask for new towels / bed linen change. The breakfast area is small, but the menu was changing daily. The staff kept all breakfast items in stock.

The rooms were very clean. The parking area is large. The breakfast was adequate. Would definitely stay here again. The price was reasonable. Great location within walking distance to many restaurants. Pool area was clean and easily accessible.

I go to this place when I need to get away. It's around the corner, I get the room with the tub and for a night or two I run away... To the Best Western! It is affordable and relaxing in the pool is awesome!!

This was my third time at this hotel, first two times were excellent, this time I used points, was treated poorly, initially given a room that smelled of cigarette smoke, was moved to a different room, the room still smelled. I was woken up in the middle of the night by loud neighbors, yelling, and screaming, and partying, the toilet would not flush and the water pressure was awful. No, I would not recommend this hotel at this time.

As a sports family we are in hotels year round. There is much better for the money out there. Keep a close eye on your credit card statements as well. On Thursday June 27th I was advised by the front desk that because we were booking with lax team, cost for one night would be $127 US but I should call back in the morning and speak to a manager. Reservation made, called Friday June 28th and confirmed the reservation, no mention of $$. I was billed three times, each for one night and had to call three times to complain. No manager on duty or would not answer the phone and finally I had to leave a message for the Manager(s) (Bridget and Tim I think). No return phone call but I checked the credit card statement today and the bill was switched to one bill for two nights when we only stayed in the room 211 for one night. Called back this morning to inquire and was basically told that the hotel booked it for two nights and I was out of luck. $872.86 CDN for 2 nights, one of which was never used. A far cry from 127 US per night.Never again.

We travel for sports monthly. This hotel was the most disgusting place i have ever been too. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
