Popular Clichy 4-star Hotels

The hotel is good. There are many Chinese people in Clichy and the breakfast is rich. The room is large and clean, the breakfast is rich, and there is a foreigner who can speak Chinese at the front desk. It is a 45-minute drive from Charles de Gaulle Airport, a 10-minute walk from the subway, and a 10-minute walk from the L'Oreal headquarters.

Grand entrance with arc design, looks like a modern mansion. Clichy “Marie de clichy” metro area abit far from central shopping area. Room was normal sized, well furnished came with balcony overlooking nothing. Highlight being the bath facility with both shower head and rain shower. Kiehls products were complimentary and felt refreshing.

Absolutely wonderful. PROS-The sauna and pool were AMAZING. Little workout room as well, with new equipment. Nice lemon water by pool. This hotel is brand new so everything is modern and new fixtures, and very clean. Friendly people working at front desk who spoke English which was helpful. There is a huge beautiful courtyard not shown in pictures (it’s soooo pretty) and the hotel has a huge gate for security (not that it’s needed though, because the hotel is in a great area—Mairie de Clichy—not too touristy, which is great. Very close to the metro as well, for access to all the sights. Awesome boulangerie across the street too, named Rega ‘Lou. We went there every morning. CONS-Only one guy at front desk who wasn’t very accommodating/helpful, but that was the exception. The thermostat in our room didn’t work well, so we had to open our window to get air in there so it wasn’t too stuffy. Bed was VERY firm but they gave me an extra comforter to lay down on the bed which fixed that problem. Overall, such a wonderful stay and GREAT value for the price!! I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris. Absolutely recommend.

Clean room, friendly staff, very new hotel, quiet room too. The only problem I had was a double charge on my credit card which I am asking trip.com follow up. They charged me at booking and also charged again when I checked out. Overall, this is a great hotel and lots of shops nearby. I like the bakery opposite the hotel. Very nice and friendly too.

I am giving you my opinion to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the experience I had during my stay in your establishment*****t on 06/12/2023, under reservation number ******* ****. I checked in at your hotel at 3:45 p.m. on 06/12/2023 and everything seemed as expected. However, my satisfaction was short-lived. When I returned to the hotel at midnight, the night staff not only refused to let me into my room, but also demanded that I pay for breakfast. It is important to note that breakfast was not included in my reservation and I had no intention of having it. This behavior is not only unacceptable but also contrary to the standards of customer service expected in an establishment of your reputation. I was left in an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation, without any explanation or adequate assistance to resolve the problem. I request clarification on this situation and, above all, corrective action to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future with other customers. Additionally, I would like to be informed of the actions you plan to take in response to this unpleasant experience. I hope you will take this complaint seriously to improve your service quality in the future

The apartment hotel is located in the area of Klishi-Batinol, which was completely rebuilt in 2018-2020 years. In five minutes walk, the metro station of the 13th line, to the center of Paris on the 25-30 minutes. The rooms are small but comfortable, clean bedding, dishes, drop-off coffee and cooking panel available. The rooms have no teapot and the diameter of the dishes in the room prevents you from cooking at the same time on two conforks. The room cleaning is included in the cost of accommodation from seven days, so food waste is recommended to be disposed of at once. :)

We are a family of four, two adults and two children. We enjoy cooking every time we travel to Europe. Especially on the streets of Paris in July, most restaurants do not provide adequate air conditioning, so we look forward to going back to our hotel to cook a big meal every day. Today The hotel I booked this time is very close to the subway station. There are two supermarkets under the accommodation. One of them is larger and has a complete range of things that need to be purchased. The overall convenience is very convenient. It is rare to stay in a hotel with air conditioning, two large beds, and complete cooking facilities. The service attitude of the special staff is very enthusiastic and helpful. There is a welcome drink on the first day of check-in. On the same day, there was a global network problem and the room card could not be detected. The staff also went out of their way to help open the door, which was very touching. Will stay again if possible.

For a 3 stars c is really limit... Elevator in pantoufle room at 3rd floor A very small room I think not more than 9 m2 Cross mirror Then you can't pipi right on the toilet because the wall is too close. At 10 a.m. the household lady hitting the door We felt that we had to go quickly ... Trace of cigarette burning on the workplace for a non-smoking room ... The hotel is only three minutes away from the subway, five minutes away from McDonald's, and there are at least three supermarkets nearby within five minutes, which is very convenient. The staff is very friendly and fluent in English. I think the breakfast is good, with my favorite soy milk.

The hotel does not have a parking lot, it is a bit different from the introduction, but it is a street away from the hotel. The parking fee is 14.5 Euros a day. The room was very small but clean.
