Paris itself is not that big, so if you leave 20 minutes early in the morning, it is the best value for money compared to expensive hotels in the 1st to 3rd arrondissements.
There is a bus to Chatelet Station right in front of the hotel (which takes you to most places in the city) and RER B Line 13 and 14, which takes about 10 minutes on foot.
There are two Franprix nearby, although it is not that big.
The rooms are clean and free of bed bugs.
