The location was good, close to the station. However, there were no shops around the hotel, which was inconvenient. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The service was also good, so I would like to stay here again.

Reasonable price, helpful front desk, room is good only issue is that it got quite hot with heater and the door key had issues because the swipe pad thing on door was outdated, but there were very helpful and other rooms were fine from what i could see. I would return here again.

The hotel was basically for a one night stay, it served the purpose. The hotel was clean, my room had a little wear on it in the bathtub, comforter seem to be reuse to me. Breakfast was waffles, eggs, sausage, gravy and biscuits, juices and other basic stuff. I didn't hear any noise and the hotel was sold out. The sink was separate from the toilet and tub.

Excellent park and fly experience with a one night stay. We’ll be back. Traveling is stressful enough. It was nice to have the shuttle and parking work out so well. Cleveland airport these days seems more reliable than Akron Canton as far as delays and cancellations. It was worth it to stay here knowing there was a better chance of no issues due to using Hopkins airport over Akron Canton. Perfect place to leave the car and jump a shuttle! Stress free for sure. Not fancy but we didn’t need fancy. We needed reliability and the friendliness was an excellent plus.

For my purpose of a two night stay to visit Cleveland Clinic, this hotel proved very adequate. Free shuttle from airport during daytime hours and $27 one way Uber ride to the clinic. You need to call the hotel to send the shuttle for pickup from the airport. It is a 20 minute drive to the clinic. The hotels lobby and hallways are sadly dated and in desperate need of renovation. Ice machine on only the second floor. Both treadmills in the small gym didn’t work. I exercised by walking up and down the stairs for 30 minutes and can report the stairwells are clean! The rooms were definitely better than the rest of the hotel decor would suggest - spacious with microwave, mini fridge and comfortable beds. Breakfast was adequate.
