Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown

This was a hotel in a recent bus trip. It is conveniently located close to ballpark which is great. The lobby is very nice though market area was lacking variety. We were given a room with one bed when we requested two beds. That was corrected quickly. Elevators were really slow. The room was nice with good quality bath products. At night it was a party going on outside until almost 4:00 AM making it impossible to sleep.

My stay at the Hotel Indigo Cleveland I thought was amazing! Upon arrival, I asked Michael if he had any complimentary upgrades and gave us an extremely nice room! Michael was very pleasant to work with and very accommodating. My stay here was very pleasant and amazing and if I return to Cleveland, I would love to return here!

To start: this hotel is on a one way street, and your gps will take you one street past Huron and then side you to take a left hand turn onto Huron- but you can only go right. Take the street before Huron!!! The location is confusing. The check in was also a little chaotic. A lot of traffic on a Saturday afternoon. The best optic is the valet parking, although a little confusing. You’ll check in at the first kiosk, the valet parking, before you’re able to check in. Everyone is friendly and helpful, but this process, and accurate directions, were not communicated. Upon check in, we were told there’s an outdoor patio/seating area, however one door was locked, and the other had a construction warning for the area. The whole hotel seems to be under construction and there are wet paint warnings for all the walls and elevator. The rooms are very large. Beds are comfortable. Complimentary water bottles were provided, and there is an ice machine e on each floor. The bathroom is very, very small, but serves its purpose. The shower water pressure was not great, and it took about 5 minutes for the water to heat up. The shower door was not on track, was very loud when opening or closing, and kept sliding open which would get the floor wet. The location is perfect. Right across the street from the ball park, concert hall, and plenty of restaurants. It’s a very lively city! The hotel lobby is nicely arranged, and offers complimentary water, which was perfect for a hot Saturday afternoon. We checked out very early, because we were forewarned that the valet would be backed up 40 minutes to an hour upon check out. Luckily, we had no wait. Overall I would definitely stay again.

The check -in experience was so bad that I almost threw up, a medical issue triggered by the long waiting and rudeness of the Front Desk agent, Julia. The room was rundown and dirty. The smell in the hallway was disgusting. The elevator made jumps while operating. Overall, we were more than disappointed.

The pillows are the fluffiest ever. And I loved the room set up. Overall, the hotel is very Beautiful. I will be staying again soon. My check in was fast and easy. The clerk was so nice and polite. She made me feel very welcome. Parking was very convenient. Which made it more welcoming.

The suite room was large and clean. Bed was comfortable. Valet and restaurant had long wait times. However, Chanel was amazing as a server and was very patient with good customer service amongst the craziness. Staff did their best to keep things moving.
