InterContinental Hotels Cleveland

I am always impressed with the hotel, customer service and the food. My first time in the club and the breakfast was great.

Best place ever!!!!!! All employed there are courteous and kind!!! Wonderful rooms and cuisine! Valet Service is perfect!!!

The hotel is part of the Cleveland Clinic hospital, the level of care that people at the lounge gave to every person, knowing everybody by name asking about how their treatments were going and just showing real concern was something I never saw before. I wish i can mention their names but the hotel policy is to keep their names out, but the level of emplomes are hard to find, Now the people at the front desk were great a recepción and constante y check to see if everything was going fine or if we need it anything. Cleaning cree was on point i need an extra bath robe and in less than 5 minutes she was there with the bath tub. Truly i see many intercontinental s around the world, but this one, is totally in a league of it’s own and one of the best amistad caring and compassonate I encounter.

Very pleasant atmosphere, helpful staff, and clean building and room. It was very easy to get to and from the hospital from the hotel.

This was the perfect place to stay while attending appointments at the Cleveland Clinic. Every single person we dealt with while there (front desk, valet, bellhop, and room service) were pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The king size bedroom was huge with a separate shower and tub. The best thing is the location. You walk out of the hotel onto the skyway at Cleveland Clinic at the main hospital campus. You don't have to take a shuttle or a car. The only downside is the cost. The room isn't cheap and valet parking which is the only option I saw is $45 a day. Room service is 24 hours a day but they add a $4 service charge in addition to a 18 percent gratuity . This was worth it to us for the convenience but that might not be the case for some.
