The pillows were so soft and fluffy and very comfortable. I was quite pleased with everything and the staff was absolutely amazing. Very kind, helpful, friendly etc. definitely will book a reservation here again in the future. Loved it. Hands down

Great service. Amazing house cleaning. Breakfast was good. Very accommodating with all requests. Loved the kitchens and access to the grills for home cooked meals. Would highly recommend. Beautiful rooms. Thank you janna for all your help!!

We called and arrived when all reservation systems were down. We were told, “Come on, we will take care of you!” No computers nor keys! We were personally escorted to our room and pool whenever we wanted. Wes and Dan and all the staff took care of every need. Great outdoor pool, comfortable bed, breakfast gathering area and outside relaxing and grilling spot! Thank you for a great stay!!!

Jenna and Matt were both super helpful and accommodating. Jenna helped us with a departure issue, correcting our bill efficiently and Matt was helpful as well upon check in. Housekeeping was also very efficient. The breakfast was filling.

Matt at the front desk was super! He was extremely helpful and had great customer service. I booked 2 rooms by accident for the same night and he went out of his way to help me cancel a last minute booking. This panicked momma was very relieved for his help!

The hotel itself was pretty nice. There were a few issues with the facility but nothing that was too bad. 1. The exterior door on the side entrance next to our room would not open with the key card. 2. The stairs were next to our room and the noise sounded like a construction zone above us. 3. The breakfast choices lacked much to be desired. That being said, the real reason for our disappointment was more the location. While there was a Courtyard by Marriott and a Hampton Inn across the road, this hotel was encompassed round about by less desirable motels. With the premium rates this hotel charges, I'd expect a better atmosphere. There were three people sitting on a bench right outside our window smoking, drinking, and talking till 4 am. There were people walking around and through the parking lot all hours of the night.

Clean, nice stay, breakfast was nice extra. Checkin was easy. Parking was nice. Easy access from highway. Check out was simple. Rooms were large with fridge, small stove and all the extras. Bathroom was large shower was nice. Price was reasonable.

The service was prompt and pleasant when we ordered extra towels. Rooms clean and nicely organized and kitchen supplies. The staff was friendly helpful and professional. The stay was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was hot and good. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
