Perfect in EVERY way! I'll start by saying that I'm not easily pleased and if I can find fault believe me I will. My daughters wedding on 11 July 2025 was absolutely perfect in all aspects. The venue is superb; the rooms were superb- spotlessly clean and very big! The organisation was 100%- I was concerned before that I would be thinking "what if..." no need- everything was thought through before hand. The wedding food was excellent. The bar service ( no I didn't pay for a "free" bar!!) was great. The serving staff fast and attentive. The next day breakfast excellent with dishes topped up very quickly. Sorry Clevedon Hall- I can't find ANYTHING to complain about!! Thoroughly recommended- just sorry we can't have another wedding there. If in doubt just do it. You will NOT regret it.

We had the most incredible experience having our wedding at Clevedon Hall. The venue itself is absolutely stunning - full of charm, elegance, and beautiful grounds that made the perfect backdrop for our special day. From start to finish, Jessica, Katie and their team were truly exceptional. They were kind, professional, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect for us. Although we were planning the wedding from abroad, the process was smooth and stress-free, and on the day itself, everything ran like clockwork - all thanks to their amazing coordination and work. The food, service, rooms - everything was just perfect. We truly could not have asked for a better venue or a more supportive & talented team. Clevedon Hall will always hold a very special place in our hearts. If you're thinking of getting married here - do it!!!

The Venue was amazing for my daughter’s magical day. The staff were attentive from beginning to end, the food was excellent and Katie was the perfect hostess. The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and very clean, breakfast on the following day was excellent quality and plenty of it!

We were excited to be visiting Clevedon Hall, The venue looked splendid and we were looking forward to a wonderful stay. The buildings and grounds are superb, staff were obliging and the day got off to a great start with sun, cocktails and canapes in the garden, following the wedding ceremony. By contrast the wedding breakfast itself took forever and. including speeches, we sat there 4 hours. There was little or no staff direction and large gaps between serving courses. The food was exceptionally poor, certainly not fit for this type of establishment. I tried to buy a bottle of champagne to cheer us up a bit, but the hotel had no champagne! The after party itself went OK with the only low point being the dreadful lamb kababs served mid evening. We went to bed feeling quite peckish and looking forward to breakfast next morning. Unfortunately not all of our room's sanitary-wear was working properly and going down to breakfast, the dining room was crowded with not nearly enough place settings for the guests. Some had to stand and wait for vacancies. There were no bowls for cereal, so a 5 minute wait there, then the milk ran out, so another 5 minute wait for replenishment, then no sugar. "cubes on the table" I was told, but not much use for cereal and another 5 minute wait for a sugar bowl to appear. So 15 minutes before I could sit down to eat my cornflakes! Other guest didn't get a full breakfast either as hot dishes ran out. Foolishly I left a shirt in my room and contacted the hotel 3 times, without much hope of retrieving it. I was not to be disappointed. It has not been found and my latest email to them has been completely ignored. Promoted as a specialist events venue, it's perhaps a surprise it has fallen so short on this occasion. Nevertheless, we did enjoy a happy family wedding. But the hotel is crying out for more rigorous management and enough trained staff to provide adequate facilities for its guests.

This was a beautiful venue for our friend’s wedding. The massive grounds makes you feel like you’re in a National Treasure Park. The venue inside was so picturesque. The bedroom and en-suite was amazing. Had best sleep in the massive bed. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of food from cooked breakfast to cereals. Myself and my partner were gutted we didn’t spend much time in the room due to being in the wedding. There was a massive stand alone bath which I was gutted I didn’t have time to have a soak. When I booked the room I asked for the cheapest room knowing we wouldn’t spend much time in there and I did find £180 a steep price to pay for one night, along with the drinks at the wedding it was an expensive trip.

Absolutely great wedding venue, staff were very helpful and welcoming, rooms are beautiful and gardens are lovely. Thank you for our great time spent here. Food was great and the bar had a great range of selection and prices reasonable to today's market.

A ninety six year old was given a room with a step to the toilet, not suitable. Luckily there wasn't an accident. Receptionist was also unduly brusque to guest with English as a second language. I would think twice about using this venue for these reasons.

Attended my Aunts wedding in August and it really popped off. The people who served our food really slayed and special thanks to our fav bar waitress who made us cocktails off the menu (we didn’t catch her name but she had sick piercings 😎). Our room was vibey and the free biscuits really ate and left no crumbs. All in all 10/10 would return mainly for the staff we had 🥰

Attended an evening reception here for our friends wedding. Beautiful venue with gorgeous, well kept grounds. gorgeous stairwells also. Food is an excellent quality, staff friendly & plenty of space for people to enjoy themselves. Plenty of rooms to wander in and enjoy. Bar on the expensive side - but otherwise a fabulous venue with ample parking.
