Abbiamo sentito molto caldo perche’ quando siamo arrivati abbiamo chiesto istruzioni per il condizionatore (a pagamento) come scritto nel sito e il titolare ci ha detto che la nostra stanza ne era momentaneamente sprovvista, che se volevamo ci avrebbe cambiato stanza ma ci ha consigliato di non farlo perche’ la nostra affacciava sul retro quindi era piu’ tranquilla e tra l’altro la sera non ci sarebbe stato bisogno perche’ c’era corrente e non sarebbe stato caldo. Abbiamo ascoltato il consiglio ma invece era caldissimo e il giorno seguente, dopo avere sfatto le valige non abbiamo avuto voglia di fare il cambio stanza quindi siamo rimasti li. L’aria condizionata a cless e’ necessaria perche’ l’altitudine e’ 650 mt quindi fa molto ’ caldo. Per il resto hotel molto bello soprattutro le stanze la mostra era bella tutta in legno E moderna. .’il bagno con una doccia enorme e molto moderna e curata. Personale e titolari molto gentili

Un soddisfacente tappa in Val di Non. Premetto che conoscevo già questa struttura e anche stavolta sono rimasto soddisfatto. Prezzi nella norma - bella camera con eccellente bagno. Buono anche l'annesso ristorante "Osteria Palanzan" ove abbiamo cenato.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel per caso poiché il nostro hotel in cui avevamo prenotato aveva un problema alla camera. Hotel carinissimo, molto tranquillo e sopratutto i proprietari molto simpatici e disponibili. Ringrazio moltissimo per averci ospitato, ci siamo sentiti come a casa, ci tornerò sicuramente

In camera per un letto matrimoniale ritroviamo 2 piumini singoli di cui uno che in realtà era un copripiedi... al mattino al check-out non c'è nessuno.. telefono più tardi per lamentarmi e chiedo gentilmente di verificare: la signora anziché scusarsi, continua a inveire... sarebbe più semplice chiedere scusa.

Sono stato in questo hotel lo scorso agosto con mia cognato e mia sorella ,un’ottimo sogghigno! Hotel collocato strategicamente , molto pulito e con personale gentile ed efficiente. Cucina davvero valida con pietanze sempre varie curate ed abbondanti. I titolari e il personale di reception sempre pronti a dare consigli sui luoghi da visitare nei dintorni! Consigliatissimo!! Grande Hotel in posizione centrale, vicino ad ogni tipo di esigenza. Accoglienza gentile. La mia matrimoniale, di medie dimensioni, era pulita ed il letto abbastanza confortevole, il piccolo bagno non finestrato era poco ergonomico e piuttosto bruttino. La mia camera si affacciava sulla trafficatissima (a tutte le ore) rotonda centrale, durante il mio soggiorno faceva caldo ed in alternativa alla rumorosa finestra aperta ho chiesto il telecomando del condizionatore che oltre ad essere a pagamento non mi si voleva dare (per motivi ecologici), a seguito di mie insistenze mi è stato concesso, salvo poi non poterlo utilizzare in quanto il condizionatore era più rumoroso del traffico (mi sino rassegnato a dormire con la finestra aperta ed i tappi nelle orecchie). A cena ho mangiato bene con poca scelta ma buoni piatti e servizio veloce. Discreta la colazione a Buffet.

Ho scelto l’hotel per la comodità, dovendo fare una sosta per una notte. L’ho trovato ottimo: pulito, con stanze spaziose e ben organizzate, e un bagno attrezzato di tutto. Il personale è cortese, professionale e preparato (è un hotel a conduzione famigliare). In concomitanza erano ospiti molti giovani atleti di ginnastica per un raduno, ma nonostante la loro vivacità sono stati “tenuti a bada” dal personale. Se mi capita ci torno sicuramente.

Sono stato due volte in questo hotel a conduzione familiare e ci siamo trovati bene per via dell’accoglienza calorosa della famiglia che ne è proprietaria, soprattutto il Signor (di nome e di fatto) Leonardo. C’è un buon ristorante interno dove cenavamo. Le camere erano comode. Il paese è carino con dei negozi non male. Di fronte all’hotel una farmacia e la chiesa, di sotto una banca, insomma non manca niente. Ottima tappa per chi transita Per quelle frequentate valli

We returned to northern Italy to celebrate our first anniversary. Our first week gave us exhilarating bike rides. Up the Dolomite Mountains and down valleys full of vineyards and orchards. Quaint towns with sweet people. Fabulous food and wine. Blooming wildflowers and fall leaves. The counterpoint of church bells to cowbells. But a freak accident took me to the ground and ended our trip as it was planned. An ambulance ride to the hospital Italy revealed a fracture of my left hip. I'd be confined to the hospital through surgery and a week of PT. My husband left the hospital late that night without dinner or knowing a place to stay. Little did he know that a little slice of heaven was just a few blocks away. The historic 1883 Hotel Cles welcomed my husband with open arms. They provided beautiful lodging, friendly staff and a great restaurant. The rooms are super clean, near the charming town square with pretty views out room windows. Owners Leonardo and Paolo made the Hotel his home away from home. My husband brought me to the hotel for a few days of rest before our flights home. The owners offered to upgrade his original room for a larger room I could negotiate with a wheelchair or walker. There may be other lodging options in the town. But Hotel Cles will always be our choice. And it should be yours.
