Ik had een weekendje gelogeerd bij dit hotel. We hadden moeite met de ingang of het receptie vinden. Dat was echt moeilijk!! En zag ik dat er echt weinige personen werken. Want we konden niet gemakkelijk een personeel vinden in het hotel. Je moet naar receptie gaan.

Nous avions réservé une suite Clervaux. Très belle suite SAUF que les poussières n'avaient pas été faites. En clair, la proporeté n'était pas au rendez-vous. On peurt s'attendre à mieux pour ce type de d'hôtel. Par contre, superbe vue eu superbe suite. Nous avons pris un lunch à la carte le midi, délicieux et même copieux. Au niveau de l'accès à la piscine, 10h00 c'est beaucoup trop tard. Dans la plupart des hôtels que nous allons, la piscine est ouverte à 8h00. Il faudrait peut être revoir l'heure d'accès. Le petit-déjeuner, très et trop basic. Pas digne pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Du pain très dur, des oeufs brouillés pas dospinibles à 7h15 !!!! Mais cela ne nous empêchera pas de revenir. Personnel très sympa tant à l'accueil qu'au service table. Merci

Bonjour, Je tenais à partager mon expérience récente au Clervaux Hôtel Spa. Malheureusement, je m'attendais à mieux. En ce qui concerne la literie, le matelas était très inconfortable, nous nous enfoncions trop dedans. De plus, lorsque nous étions enfin prêts à profiter du spa, on nous a informés que l'accès au hammam se faisait sans maillot de bain, ce qui a été une surprise désagréable. Enfin, j'ai trouvé qu'il n'y avait pas grand-chose à faire aux alentours de l'hôtel. Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour n'a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes.

Staff was very helpful, hotel was lovely, the swimming pool and spa was great. The town was very safe and friendly and railway station was only a short walk where you can get a free train to Luxembourg city etc.

This hotel was very pleasant. As it was facing south we had a very hot room and no air conditioner, a little disadvantage. Otherwise all was excellent.

Sehr schönes Hotel , leider gibt es Punktabzug wegen dem Frühstücksbuffet ! Für ein 4 Sterne Designe Hotel ist das Frühstücksbuffet nicht angemessen. 80er Jahre Presentation, sehr altmodisch . Aufgebackene harte Brötchen ( nur zwei Sorten , kein Brot....) , Teilchen auch nur billige Aufbackwahre..... Für eine Nacht gehts noch , aber für ein Woche Urlaub .... Spa ist auch schon in die Jahre gekommen... müsste wieder in Schuss gebracht werden. Abendessen im Restaurant , sehr gut, schön angerichtet.

Very welcoming hotel that listens to their guests. We booked the Clervaux suite, it was very clean, everything is there to make you feel good. Being able to enjoy the wellness area is very pleasant, and everything is clean too. We opted for a duo massage, it was just perfect! For our dinner we headed to the brasserie next to the establishment, and it was very good! It is not a simple brasserie and everything was good. Regarding lunch, it was very varied. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, nothing better than finding yourself there as a couple!
