We booked a last minute stay for a local event, and were so pleasantly surprised by our stay! The rooms are furnished very thoughtfully, with a vanity with makeup lighting/mirror and wine fridge that were much better than the norm. The pool area was really great, and the service was nothing short of exceptional. We will definitely be returning!

I highly recommend a stay here. Beautiful , well kept and immaculately clean rooms. I was so impressed and pleased. The staff Wayne, Lisa and Stephanie were so friendly and helpful. The motel is one block from beach. The parking is free and there are so many places to eat and shop within walking distance there is no need to move your car! Outside your room are Adirondack chairs and also a dining table and chairs to enjoy outdoor eating. The pool is a beautiful space as well. The pics online are exactly how the rooms look, beautiful tile and fixtures, the beds were super comfortable and there are spa robes hanging in the closet. We will definitely be back. This place was such a gem I almost wasn't going to review to keep it a secret. It really is a great place though and worth booking !!!

Do not stay at this place. Filthy outdated property. Unable to correspond with anyone except thru text. I was told the day before I had no room the next day. They blamed it on ***********. The cover on the smoke alarm was hanging. No batteries in the alarm. Mold and filth in the bathroom. A large dining room hutch was the furniture to put your clothes in. We found the so called owner Sharmaine across the street at another property they owned. She encouraged us to leave. Her customer service skills are everything she shouldn’t have done. She was screaming in front of other customers. I never write reviews or complain but I never want anyone to have these experiences that we did. She threatened us if we wrote bad reviews, she wouldn’t return our money. We left anyway because we just couldn’t stay in the filth. We booked thru a third party and got our money back.

Was a great place was there 5 years ago very reasonable had a small apt with 2 beds kitchen & bath internet all included had a pool there with a grill very close to the beach walked there from the apt was across the street from the beach. Had laundry room & all we needed for 3 days it has family units aswell on the top floor & it only had 14 units mom & pop place. Found it thru *********** .love the white sand.& very close to pier 60

I had an amazing experience at the Sands Point motel, it was very clean, cozy with a heated pool. The rooms were very clean, and I did not see any bugs or critters. It is a 2 minute walk from clearwater beach and I will definitely be back for years to come!

On top of the perfect location being a 3-minute walk to the beach, the owners are very nice and the rooms are clean. The pool is big as well and heated too! I went with my girlfriend and her family and I enjoyed every second of it!

My family and I chose this location for a quick to trip to Clearwater beach and had a great experience. The staff was gracious enough to upgrade us to a bigger unit with no surcharge. Great relaxing weekend right by the beach. We will be returning customers.

Disgusting experience with the owner. It is impossible to get in contact with someone. They refuse to answer a call and only exchange dialogue through text. I used an app called Hopper and was trying to check totals and in error submitted the reservation. I explained this to the hotel through text and they were extremely unresponsive. I reached out within 12 hours of it booking to cancel for a refund. Errors happen. Especially with using new apps. It shows a lot about the owner with how this has transpired. I will make sure i publicly share the conversation or i should say lack there of with the owner as well as how many times I've tried to call with no answer. I haven't stayed at this location but I surely never will due to the extremely poor customer service.

It is an apartment in a Motel Structure, outdoor space and very poorly maintained and unkempt apartment! Dirty and unusable dishes, pots and furnishings Torn sheets Cockroach walking around in the bathroom Unmaintained swimming pool And, last but not least, total absence of the owner even after various requests
