A typical motel. There were three of us with a sofa bed. We had to embed this ourselves. The room was ok and had everything. Also a small kitchen (no stove) was cool to have. The motel is between two streets and the beach is 3 bis. 4 minutes. We stayed 1 night. The price is ok compared to other hotels we have stayed in, which is rather high for Clearwater standards

We thought Pelican Pointe was an absolute steal for the price, location, cleanliness, and friendly staff. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted and it’s directly across the street from the beach. It’s next door to Salty’s so we were there often. Grab a $15 rum bucket and hold onto it bc refills are only $10 as long as you bring it back. Check out the daily specials at Frenchy’s($6 cheesesteak Wednesday can’t be beat), and the Calypso Dinner Cruise was a lot of bang for your buck (arrive 30 min early bc they start food and drinks then). We also had a lot of fun at Coco’s and Shepherds Tiki and sunsets at vJimmy’s Fish House. Had a fantastic time and would definitely stay again!!

Great experience, the location was ideal for the beach, restaurants and shops. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room had everything we needed and great value. We will be back!

Pelican Pointe was awesome and all staff was super friendly. The room was clean and the location was great. We also had a great experience getting our family photos taken by Neil. He was super friendly and was patient with our infant. Our photos are beautiful!

Love the beach vibe! We were looking for a nice beach feel hotel or resort with a kitchenette and Pelican Pointe delivered on both. It is just a few minute walk to the beach. The room was very nice and all the staff was friendly. We also took advantage of the sunset photography package that they advertised and my family had fun with a photographer who did a fantastic job at capturing memories of our trip together as a family! Highly Recommend.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. I’ve stayed here a few times and it has been great every time. It is a minute walk to the beach and a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants. I recommend stopping at Salty’s next for for a cold drink and a good bite to eat!

We had a great time taking pics with friends and such a fun experience. We definitely had a great view as well. We did so many poses and had an overall great time.

The hotel was great, with just a 1 min walk to the beach or just around the corner for some food. The pool was very clean just as well as our room. I would definitely stay again. Everything is writhing a short walk. No need to Uber. Housekeeping was also very nice and on top of everything
