Sehr schönes Hotel mit toller Poolanlage direkt am weißen Sandstrand. Die Zimmer sind groß und sauber. Direkter Zugang zum Strand. Die Liegen am Pool sind kostenlos, am Strand muss man allerdings USD 25,- am Tag für einen Sonnenschirm zu seinen zwei Liegen zahlen. Das Personal im Hotel ist sehr freundlich. Wasser und Kaffee am Zimmer ist kostenlos und wird jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Wir hatten eine Junior-Suite mit Blick aufs Meer. Der Balkon war unser absoluter Lieblingsort. Zahlreiche Restaurants sind in walking distance. Das Pier 60 ist zu Fuß 10 Minuten entfernt. Valet Parking kostet USD 25,- am Tag. Zum Hotel gehört das Tate Island Grill & Bar, direkt am Strand. Die Preise dort sind ok. Das Einzige was es für uns zu bemängeln gibt, ist die extrem laute Klimaanlage. Diese mussten wir in der Nacht ausschalten. Er war ein traumhafter Urlaub im Sandpearl und wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel entspannen.

This is my third and last time at this place. I travel for business and when in Tampa pay the upgrade to stay here for the view. It's not worth it anymore. The place is filthy in bad need of a paint job and a deep clean. To the general manager, please walk the place instead of responding to reviews. The hot tub by Tate's Grille is a haven for smokers and vapers and when the rough security guy is told of it, he does nothing. I watched and smelled this all weekend. Maybe he should pay attention to complaints instead of waking people up to check their wristbands which are clearly visible. This is a non smoking resort, isn't it? You have the prime spot on the beach and that is why you charge exorbitant fees, so do your job and make sure the place is clean and taken care of so the prices people pay are worth it.

Second time here and coming back in late Sept. What I like about the place is that it is on the quieter side of Clearwater Beach and literally right on the beach with its own private beach area. Not a lot of walking between your room, the pool, the beach and the bar/food. Service is great - they even have service out to your beach chair. We found it to be a bit packed in June but in October it was perfect. If you are looking for something a bit more relaxing where you can get out of the pool and within steps are on the beach then this place is for you. All rooms have been remodeled recently and the beds are comfortable. Life seems to slow down when you are at the Sandpearl.

From the minute you walk in you are greeted with the friendliest staff you’ve even encountered! Check in was super easy, the mimosa was cold and delicious, our room was ready early, and the hotel is beautiful. Upon entering our room we were greeted by a beautiful view, spectacular room, and countless amenities. The pool is wonderful, private beach is beautiful white sand, and the evening turn down service is a nice touch. Pool side has special events for kids and frozen grapes offered for a late afternoon snack was another pleasant surprise. The valet is always ready to get your car and make sure it is ready when you are. Definitely recommend this hotel !!

Loved our stay. Didn’t love the fact parking was only valet and we never drove our car the entire stay but still had to pay 40 a night. But overall was great would return!

Avoid if you have kids with autism, overpriced , what you pay for hotel on booking is apparently just a deposit well my deposit was 12.5 GBP , tate island grill food was terrible was told sofa bed would be put away everyday and put back down on turn down never happened once checked out on last day to book into another hotel my opening line says the reason for that front of house staff are rude a generally couldn’t care less manager Daniel should no be manager wish I would of read recent reviews before booking

Resort is beautiful! Rooms were clean and well appointed. Service everywhere was 5 star! We only sty at Opal resorts and this is our new favorite. The only wish was an adult only pool but otherwise it was simply fantastic! We ate at the resort and the food was on point. We will definitely be back!
