Similar to student apartments, some houses are rented out like hotels. They can only be reached by car and parking is very convenient. The rooms are fully equipped with microwave ovens and washing machines.

A very nice apartment hotel with good privacy and suitable for holiday living. There are many parking spaces and it is convenient for travel. It is convenient to Mornington, Philips and City, especially it is close to Box Hill. It is convenient to buy groceries and eat Chinese food.
