AC Hotel St. Louis Clayton

The hotel was clean and updated, and the staff was attentive to our every need! The location is fantastic—close (walking distance) to restaurants and bars—and felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again.

We for the most part enjoyed this hotel for our 4 night stay and will be honest as we are owners of other Marriott’s in the area. The rooms are nice the staff was very friendly especially the breakfast attendant and we enjoyed a dinner on the top floor although the service was very slow. I will say we were extremely disappointed to come back our last night 1/15 to our room that HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED (Room 624) when we had been gone for at least 8 to 10 hours this day as a titanium member and again hotel owners this is just not acceptable. You need to do better as we would be held responsible in our properties for this and expect better of our employees. My husband who is the titanium member has stayed multiple times and this was disappointing to say the least all we excepted was the towels changed the bed made and the trash picked up and this wasn’t to much to ask.

10th floor rooms facing the main road side are very noisy during night time. You can only get to sleep after midnight. I would never take any room on the 10th floor, ever, if I stay again. But it is not likely I will stay here again.

I loved this hotel. I travel to Clayton for work and have stayed at various hotels and this one is probably my new favorite. I checked in on Dec. 11th at about 6:00 pm and everybody was extremely friendly and professional. Morning crew when I checked out not as good as the night crew but ok. It perfectly located as I like to go to CJ Muggs to eat. The hotel restaurant looked very nice but I was tired and just wanted to eat in my room and was told there was no room service. That would be my only negative for this hotel. Not a big deal as CJ Muggs is just across the street. It’s also a straight shot down the road (4 blocks) to the only store in the area.

I fell into the AC Hotel because staying at the Residence Inn a few blocks away. A late November cold snap in St Louis was obviously more than the other hotel could handle and there was not acceptable room heating or hot water for that matter over there. I found the AC, jumped ship and won't be going back to that tired hotel again!
