The hotel is not far from the scenic spots in the Peak District, about 30 minutes by car. The car can be parked directly at the door of the room. The hotel breakfast and dinner are delicious, and the staff are also very enthusiastic. The only thing is that the blower in the bathroom is a bit loud. You need to turn off the bathroom light when you go to bed at night. The light control is integrated with the blower. Mineral water and milk are provided. There are also vegetables in the dinner, which is rare in the UK.

wow what a truly wonderful place so pleased we found this. The owners and staff are very welcoming and friendly. The suites are superb with everything on our checklist of needs. The views are to die for and the restaurant is excellent - great food and plentiful portions. Lots of free parking and a great location for access to the sights and attractions of the Peak District. we will certainly return

Excellent rooms, clean, spacious and modern. Loved sitting out in the decking with a glass or two. Lovely staff. Very friendly and welcoming. Delicious food. The pub has a nice friendly atmosphere. I would recommend to others and will visit again.

Great room, great food and, obviously, a great View. However, most memorable, were the owners and staff who were very welcoming, helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

We had another wonderful stay at The View. The suite was perfect, very luxurious with amazing views from each room. This was our second visit , so we were looking forward to some delicious food and we weren’t disappointed. It really is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. We will be returning next year !
