The property was clean, the room had a strong scent of bleach that made us sick. The food was great, the drinks were great and the staff was friendly.

A pleasant stay for 3 days.
A nice hotel complex overall. My room was quite ‘tired’ though, so it didn’t feel like good value for money.
The staff were nice but they seemed over worked and therefore a little slow.
I enjoyed 3 days and nights there.
Check out was not ideal as they missed a request, resulting in a charge after check out.
All in all, a pleasant stay.

Let down by poor breakfast
Great bar food but the breakfast was awful. Instant coffee and no choice, if it wasn't out, they didn't have it. Toast and jam was the safest choice. It is a shame they don't offer a choice of eggs or a variety of fruit. The bedrooms were comfortable but no furniture on the huge balcony - what a waste as the view was amazing. The bathroom was cramped, you have step in and shut the door to get to the loo or shower. The pool area is beautiful and very stylish, it could do with waiter service however, and the filter broke down meaning no where to cool off at the end of our stay. The staff are friendly and very helpful but limited by the abilities of the hotel itself, such as the poor breakfast and lack of gumption to fix the pool.

The thing I appreciate most since the upgrades of the public spaces to a more modern design, is the tranquility of the location. The view of the Gulf of Paria is peaceful and it continues to give a calming energy to guests.

We held our wedding reception here and stayed several days before and after.
The staff are superb, special thanks to Leticia (wedding coordinator) and the service team on the night, they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and made the night go so smoothly. The hotel has beautiful views and the rooms we had were a great size, clean and well maintained. Reception staff are helpful, loads of parking. Looking forward to staying there again

In my opinion the best hotel I’ve stayed in in Trinidad, all the bar staff are genuinely beautiful friendly people, I have been coming here regularly over the past 10 years and will not stay anywhere else, the management are very professional and can not do enough for you, best view to sit and watch the sunset with a few stags, and good food, Highly recommend for a nice chilled relaxed environment 5 stars

The toilet is pretty poor in quality with shower is the worst. Too poor water flow when taking shower.
Poor toilet amenities provided.
Very low class comparing hotel standard.
