Rooms were not very clean. But kids loved the gym, pool and breakfast was amazing.

The room is VERY SMALL. I went with my husband and there was only one chair in the room to be able to watch TV. We probably will not go to another hotel Tru by Hilton. We paid a lot and did not get a lot of a room. We stayed at Janesville Wi. The hotel staff was very nice. We decided to leave at midnight and I asked the clerk if he would be able to get us coffee and when we got downstairs he had coffee ready. We stayed the 29th of June both front desk guys were wonderful. I'm sorry I did not get there names.

Hotel was clean and staff was cordial! A Mexican restaurant nearby has wonderful food and is within walking distance. Our room had a smaller fridge ~ no microwave. Our room was near the elevator, there was some noise. Breakfast ~ something for everyone. Oatmeal needed to be warmed up in the microwave, along with the eggs. Fruit was fresh. All in all, a nice stay!

Great Stay
I always enjoy staying at TRU hotels. Hotel and grounds are well maintained, staff is friendly and efficient. Breakfast was hot and fresh, with a good variety of items. Housekeeping needs to step up a bit. Family enjoyed the gym. There were games to play as well as a pool table. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.
