Everything was great. Very clean. Nice person working the desk.

Trip Advisor listed free breakfast.... coffee only 6-10. Pool was closed up on a 85 degree day. Room didn't look like the picture. The room was dark and more run down than what was shown. Not so happy with the trip advisor reference. Moving away from using Trip Advisor as a reference for hotels.

My husband & I were traveling from FL. We decided to stop, however had a very difficult time finding a room due to a National softball conference happening in Clarksville. After a very lengthy search, this was the only place within 100 miles that had a vacancy. Upon, walking in the room it was about 95°, the room smelled of smoke. I was very puzzled by what appeared to be an old walk up bathtub that someone attempted to cover with a white board-which was made into a closet which was located next to bed. Not to mention there was a few small dead bugs on top of this closet. As I checked out the actual bathroom, a spider came running out of the tub when I opened shower curtain. I was ready to run, however my husband was exhausted & he was about to jump in shower already. I continued to inspect the room & I found a box of KY Jelly tucked behind the iron in another closet. NEEDLESS to say, we did NOT use ANY bedding… I put towels down that I brought to sleep on. We used our own pillows & blankets & no personal belongings were stored in room over night! Did I mention this room was $141.00 a night (including tax)🤬 I will add photos below. The only positive thing I can honestly state is there were no bedbugs & Yes, I did check! If it wasn’t for my Better half being beyond exhausted & I was not aware then that TN had cockroaches then, We would have left in a hurry!! DO NOT STAY HERE! I’d rather sleep in my SUV

The management in this hotel is incredibly rude. Told me to F*** off and that I could read or figure it out. Do not stay at this horrible hotel. Pictures online look nice but inside and outside are dirty. Rundown and overall disappointing. I would rather stay at the chick fil-a. That looks clean and updated. Also the signs outside are spelled wrong. If you stay here you must be in desperate need. Couldn’t imagine giving such a awful hotel and management staff my money. The empty parking lot is a major sign of the way this business is ran.

A group of us were traveling thru and our bus parked in the lot to grab some food. Owner came outside being very very rude telling us to move our bus. The hotel parking was empty and we were only taken maybe 10-15 mins. Good thing we were not going to stay here looks unpleasant just like the owner!

Air conditioner didn’t work in his room my husband was there doing a job it was so hot he couldn’t sleep manager said he move him to a different room the next day and the air conditioner in that room was worse the next day we came back to the motel and he had emptied our room took all our stuff out the fridge new carton of milk hadn’t been opened all my beer everything and He was still paid up for another night he did give him another room where air conditioner worked the last night He works in heat all day they treated him awful and he’s diamond member at choice Hotels which is what they are worst experience ever yes they are a cheaper motel and yes I get you get what you pay for but this was beyond awful oh did I mention cockroaches

Online pictures of the room do not tell the real story here. Reception area was closed, seemed to be used for storage of various items. No breakfast due to COVID however surrounding hotel properties advertised with signs/banners that breakfast was provided. The room reeked of cigarette smoke, supposed to be a non-smoking room. The carpet was badly stained and the sheet on the bed had holes in it. This is without a doubt the worst hotel stay we have had in decades. The rate with taxes was over $100. Major mistake. Will never return to this hotel.
