Great service by the staff. Special callout to Earl he works with the breakfast team. He was sofull on energy and he has a great personality. Before visiting I read reviews about Earl. But to experience it for yourself is truly something special. He was the highlight of my stay. Thank you Eatl for making my stay top notch.

We are loyal Hilton brand customers, Clarksville Hampton Inn is no where the quality of the brand. Hotel is old, dirty, hallways smell. Our room had a huge crack in the ceiling, shower stains in it, carpet was filthy. Sheets & towels very worn. The bed was comfortable, online key worked, which is why I rated it two stars. Would not recommend staying this hotel.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Clarksville was amazing. The hotel was very clean and the staff is excellent. Charde was extremely efficient and it took her about a minute to check us in and hand us our key cards. When we arrived at the room the television had a welcome greeting specifically for us. We loved staying here!

This is the nicest Hampton Inn we’ve stayed at and one of the best overall motels we’ve experienced. Super clean, spacious room. Friendly staff. Great location. Breakfast was good although we would have liked to see biscuits and gravy offered. Numerous restaurants and shopping nearby. We highly recommend it!

It was clean and quiet and we enjoyed our stay. Two negatives. The fire alarm went off 30 minutes after we went to bed. Had to get dressed and go outside for about 10 minutes before it went off. Desk clerk could not explain what happened and was not convincing that it was safe to return to our room. Unacceptable! Also, we were not impressed with the breakfast, especially considering the cost of the room!

This property is great! Friendly staff and great breakfast! Only complaint was our toilet was not secure and wouldn’t stop running on and off which was quite loud. Beds are on the firmer side but they provide plenty of pillows to get comfy! Will definitely stay here again.
