Red Roof Inn Clarksville

Very nice staff and excellent accommodations. Only thing was they didn't have breakfast. But what can u do with the plague, and everything... 😁 will definitely recommend red roof to all my fellow travelers.

I had a horrible experience with the front desk receptionist named Kaitlyn and if you look at the pics below it will give you full description. I tried to do a full review on Google but the characters were limited and I tried to break it down in 3 sections but I was not able to load the last section of my review. Being that I know this company uses trip advisor I figured I come here. I will continue to post this review until I either get my money back or she is fired. I prefer her being fired because she'll continue to treat people this way I told someone says nope we will not tolerate you. I'm not the first person to complain on her and I have that conversation recorded. I know for a fact I wasn't the problem but coworkers aren't allowed to speak against each other.

I give this hotel a thumbs up the staff was very friendly and our room was comfortable would recommend and stay Again if we need too . The person at the desk name was anil. Keep up the good work . And also was in convention area too next to restaurants and gas station

Not sure how this motel ever got a 4 star rating. It's more like a 2. Room was clean, but the AC was the old style and made a lot of noise. Shower curtain had rips between nearly all the curtain rod rings, room was very small, outlet for the lamp didn't work, no carpet and the bathroom fan was very noisy. The stool tank lid apparently had broken and they just sat a tank lid that did not fit by any means on the tank. No breakfast offered here. The front desk girl was VERY friendly and nice!!!

This is a nice property but could use upgraded maintenance. The accomodations in our room were very nice but the ceiling was very uneven and had cracks in it. The area was quiet and the property easy to find. As of now the pool is out of order. Also no breakfast is available.

I gave 3 stars because 3 isn’t bad, and it’s definitely not 4 stars. So here’s the lowdown: Staff is pleasant. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Water pressure for the shower was excellent. Room was dated. Linens were clean, but needed replacing. Shower curtain was cheap and ineffective. And there is no coffee pot in the room. That said, the price was right. You get value with your money here. We paid seventy-five for one night. For that price you expect to make sacrifices. I would stay here again, but I would only stay one night at a time while passing through.

We just stayed one night in our way back from Florida. The room was clean and pretty quiet considering the interstate is so close. I would definitely stay here again. It is dog friendly and the area around seems quite safe. Could use a little updating.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Free coffee available in reception. Michelle working in reception was kind enough to extend our check out time by one hour so I could deal with a personal issue. Although the hotel has seen better days, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, it offered good value, and as I say the staff are friendly and welcoming. I liked the close proximity of the rooms to the car park. Also pet friendly. There are lots of eateries nearby, and it offers close access to the Interstate. Would definitely recommend.

After battling horrendous traffic on our way from Florida to Wisconsin, we were looking forward to being in our hotel rooms. The desk clerk was so friendly and helpful, I had to give him a good review. We suffered through a couple of people who clearly should not have been dealing with customers on this trip. This employee who clearly loves his job is one of Red Roof's best assets. We have stayed at various Red Roofs previously and have always been satisfied.
