Generally good experience. Hotel was clean and room was clean and comfortable. Staff were welcoming and friendly. No breakfast offered on site. Free coffee available all day. I would stay here again, but prefer hotels that offer some kind of breakfast on site.

Nicely decorated room. Clean. The room and parts of the hotel had an issue with humidity. Even some parts of it had a faint odor of mold. Check-in staff were amazingly nice. Merchandise by the check-in desk is extremely expensive. Bistro/ restaurant /bar is highly understaffed. The server/ bartender /cook are all the same person. There is a problem keeping food stocked. I would go back. At least I would have certain expectations in place.

I always stay at Courtyard hotels. This was the most disappointing Courtyard I’ve ever stayed in. They advertise breakfast available. We stayed there 3 nights. No breakfast available. Kitchen was never open. In the evening the bar was never open. Felt bad for families with small children that had to go off property to have breakfast. Also room had a musty smell to it.

Room 415 had no hot water. Tried calling front desk, 20 rings no answer. Got dressed went to front desk, repeatedly called out if anyone was around. After 10 minutes someone came from the kitchen. Kevin said that was the only room without hot water and offered to move us to another room as all the other rooms have hot water. I concluded from that they knew the room did not have hot water when they booked it. We had a 13 hour drive so did not have time to move into another room. He put me on the phone with someone who claimed to be the Manager and that his name was Kevin King. He could only authorize a lower room rate or we could move to a room with hot water.

Arrived about 7:30 on Thursday, September 28. Check in went fairly smoothly. I went to get ice to chill our water for the morning and was told the only ice maker is on the 4th floor. Woke up the next morning to find a dead bug in our bed. Then noticed my wife's socks from the evening before as she had removed her shoes when we got to the room and the bottoms of them were filthy. We then discovered we had a patio off of our room, that was enclosed. Nice feature had it not been filthy and very poorly furnished. Only two rickety old lawn chairs and no table. Shower was fine, towels were small, no exhaust fan in the bath. Discovered the door at our end of the hotel was exclusively for exit. The doorknob had the card/key lock, which showed green when we used our card near it, but it wouldn't open from the outside, so walk around to the front of the hotel and walk through the lobby each time we went to the car. The hotel's courtyard had a door to the pool. A small bird had hit the windows to the pool and died in the courtyard either on Thursday or early Friday. It laid there for two days before someone disposed of it. The courtyard was full of trash and wasn't cleaned up during our three day stay. Then, after spending three days in a dirty, run down hotel, we arrived home to discover that the rate we were quoted of $134 was only for the first night. They charged us $174 for the next two nights without ever bothering to tell us the rates varied by the day when we booked the room. With the number of hotels in the area, I can't imagine anyone selecting this one. I know we would have moved the first morning had our group not been "assigned" to this hotel by the organization that ran the hockey tournament.

Rooms REALLY have an extreme musty odor. That coupled with the fact that they don’t offer housekeeping daily was a complete NO for me. I travel for work and stay in hotels regularly. This is my “home” for the week. I was given only two extremely small towels, two washcloths and ONE coffee pod and was told that housekeeping only came every third day. No offer to bring extra supplies. For a courtyard Marriott, this is not a good representation of the brand. Also, I don’t know who is staying across the hallway from me but they have had their disgusting shoes in the hallway and tonight they have thrown towels in the hallway as well. Just disgusted.

Good hotel- very clean for the most part. Decent area with access to food and right off highway. They don’t have a bottle opener to open the beer they have for sale and the coffee at 8:30am was luke warm at best. Overall worth staying if the location suits your needs and your a Marriott person.

Customer service was totally Awesome. Thank you Kevin, front desk on 2/4/23 afternoon and the young lady working the 3rd floor on 2/5/23 am. Room was clean and very comfortable. Order food from the restaurant and it was great.

I booked 9 nights at the courtyard I checked into my first room that was on a top floor. The first morning there was no hot water. I wasn’t upset until the head engineer tried to debate how that couldn’t be possible. They moved me to a first floor room. I walked into the new room and it had a lot of wear and tear, there was a bug on the rug, curtains were knotted, no shampoo bottle in shower or shower curtain, no amenities on sink, or vanity mirror. When I made the reservation i needed a hotel with a business center. I attempted to use the printer, but they were out of ink. The general manager stated the truck would be there in the morning, however it never arrived nor did she offer to go to the store to buy ink. She did offer to send the documents to her computer, but due to the sensitivity of the documents that wasn’t an option. I was told by the girl at the front desk that she offered the general manager to go buy ink and wasn’t allowed. The next day I returned and the room wasn’t cleaned. The front desk attendant explained that they only cleaned every 3 days unless I requested. I let them know that I wanted service every day. There still was no shower curtain and ended up using my towels to dry the floor.  The entire stay they only delivered towels to the room once. I had to bring my towels to the front desk. On one of of the last days I brought my towels to the desk and was told by Ebony to take take them back to the room and place them outside my room, needless to say they never picked them up. I asked her why I wasn’t getting any service. She stated that it all depends how busy they are. The housekeeper could have 20 rooms to clean and they are very busy. The hot tub wasn’t working, attempted to do my laundry and had to go to the front desk to get them to clean it. They never answered the phone at the desk. It became clear that they have one person covering the restaurant (cooking order) and covering front desk. On another occasion the front desk clerk had to eat there meal at the desk while working the desk. The majority of the staff are very kind, but a few others could care less and need to be trained. The general manger needs training as well as the head engineer. He is in over his head! This hotel definitely isn’t what Marriott represents. I was going to move to the other Marriott across the street, but I was told at the desk that it’s the same owner. I feel terrible even saying this, however it needs to be addressed. They have homeless individuals hanging out in the lobby, and one of the evenings that I arrived late I noticed that there are tents set up on the side of the hotel. No I didn’t feel safe! I ended up checking out and staying at the Hyatt in Nashville and it was amazing! There are more pics, unfortunately the site is having issues uploading them
