Just checked out from a weeks stay. Check in quick, room very clean. Bed slept great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Now not so good. Upstairs we hauled our stuff no elevator or luggage carts. We had 2 towels and 2 washcloths each for our week stay. No big deal they advertise laundry. So technically they have 2 washers and they were always full. Asked front desk where was closest laundry ( 10 miles). No night stand on my side of the bed so I sat my glasses and book on the edge of the tub. Yep the tub /shower is in the bedroom . Smallest room we’ve had so far anywhere with this time share. We took out trash and had to go buy trash bags. Not once did we see housekeeping to ask . Grill wasn’t opened or snack market not one time that I saw . So these amenities listed are questionable. Pack plenty of clothes and extra towels /wash cloths my best advice. Putt putt course was fun but pool tables you had to pay for.

Apple Mountain Resort is a beautiful place and great location. It was so peaceful and relaxing. You really wouldn’t have to leave the resort unless you wanted to do something specific. This was our second time staying and we enjoyed it as much as the first time.

A fun place to stay. A lot of hiking and many places to visit. We visited the triange: Helen, Dahlonga, and Blue Ridge.

Clean and quiet. An easy drive away from Helen, GA and several nice hikes including Tallulah Gorge and Brasstown Bald. The facilities are simple but adequate. The pool was closed for the season the hot tub and activity area were open and nice. Kids enjoyed the theater and sand volleyball court. They have put-put and disc golf on-site. Check in process was simple and painless and staff were friendly and helpful.

The resort itself was nice, but we had several days with temperatures above 80 degrees and the pool was closed until the end of May. This was a big disappointment for us on our trip.

Very thin walls heard upstairs neighbors pounding all night long no help from staff. Water pressure was a fine mist in room. No service from staff for over week stay. No apologies from staff or anyone for jumping and waking my son newborn up
For all the noise pounding. Never again not worth the price.

I have had crappy upstairs neighbors stomping all night long. 1 washer - 4 dryers for hundreds of units. Water pressure is a fine mist. No service from anyone definitely not worth the price.
