Some time ago we purchased a four night, five day ”update selling package” from The Elara from Hilton. I had to travel alone because my wife has been doctoring for what was believed to be a pinched nerve in her back. She was unable to walk without pain, and the doctors suggested it would be better if she didn't travel. I arrived in Vegas about 8:45 am, and got to the Elara at 9:15 am. Check in time is 4:00 pm, but luckily enough they had a One bedroom room open for me. Best check in experience we have ever had at that facility. I thought it was going to be a great time in Vegas. I had scheduled a time for a timeshare presentation at 10:30 am on Friday. Since I was alone, I went in on Thursday as asked if I could move it up to 8:30 am which they did. I was given a lanyard with a card on it, and was told there would be a group meeting at 8:30. I went to the meeting with about 20 other people. It lasted about 10 minutes, then salespeople went around and took the couples to a private meeting. I was the last one selected, and they asked me where my wife was. I told them of her health issues, and that she was unable to travel. I was told by the receptionist that I could not take the ”review meeting” since my wife was not with me. I told them of her health issues and after a few more minutes she came back and told me that it was illegal in the state of Nevada to allow me a solo meeting. Then the gal told me that she couldn't reach the sales manager, but he would call me soon. I said ”are you certain he will call me?” and she said oh yes, he always returns calls, and you will hear from him for certain before the end of the day. That never happened. In late afternoon I starting calling to find out what was going on. No one ever answered the phone. I called many times from Friday through Sunday and no one ever answered the phone or returned my call. They were not open Saturday or Sunday, I later found out. Starting another round of calls Monday, after I had already moved to a different, Embassy Suites Hotel also in Las Vegas. I bet I talked to 3 or 4 more people and finally I got to talk to a helpful person, name of Rose Marie. She told me that since I didn't listen to the timeshare presentation I had to pay $752.78 for my 4 night stay, less the $247.78 I had prepaid for the 4 day package. I told Rose Marie that I would not pay that price because if the sales manager would have called me back on Friday as I had been promised he would do, I would have been out of that room about 15 minutes after he called me, and moved to a more reasonable hotel. Rose Marie went back to her manager a few times, and I got the extra charge for the rental cut in half. $252.50 was the new amount that I had to pay. Better than double that price, but still 100% unreasonable based on what I had paid for the 4 day package. I thanked Rose Marie many times for doing a job that I was sorry she had to perform. I recently had the pleasure of staying at The STRAT Hotel, ****** & Tower, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the vibrant atmosphere and the iconic setting. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, setting the stage for a fantastic stay. The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views of the Las Vegas skyline. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge after a day of exploring the *****. The room’s amenities, including the large flat-screen TV and fast Wi-Fi, added an extra touch of luxury to my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the incredible range of dining options available at The STRAT. Whether I was in the mood for a quick bite or a gourmet meal, there was something to satisfy every craving. The STRAT Café offered delicious, well-prepared meals, and the Top of the World restaurant provided an unparalleled dining experience with 360-degree views of Las Vegas. The ****** was lively and full of energy, offering a wide variety of games and slots to keep me entertained for hours. The hotel’s entertainment options were also top-notch, with great shows and attractions that added to the excitement of my stay. Of course, the absolute highlight was the SkyPod and the thrilling rides at the top of the tower. The views from the observation deck were simply stunning, and the adrenaline-pumping rides were an experience I’ll never forget! Overall, my stay at The STRAT Hotel, ****** & Tower was everything I could have hoped for and more. The combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining, exciting entertainment, and world-class views made for an incredible Las Vegas experience. At check-in, I was warmly welcomed by the front desk person. She was quick but genuinely friendly and helpful. My room was clean and spacious, a suite with a seperate bedroom, living area, dressing area, bathroom, and wet bar. There were two TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. I had a View of the Las Vegas *****. Marriott typically has excellent beds, and this king-size bed was no exception. The bed was clean and well-made, and I slept great. The room was quiet and cozy at night. The room is excellent for working in. There is a friendly desk with ample space and a comfy chair. There’s a lack of modern charger outlets, but there were plenty of standard power outlets. The room is due for a refresh, and the TVs are small and outdated. The shower worked well, it was easy to adjust the water temperature, and it stayed consistent. They provided me with a few complimentary bottles of water, which I kept in the small fridge beneath the wet bar. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner were fine, but the body wash had an odd scent. I used the bar soap instead. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels. The lobby was comfortable, and it looks like it has been recently updated. The lobby bar was popular in the evening, and the bartender was very attentive and gave excellent service. I didn’t have any food, but I did have a round of drinks each night of my stay. I would rate the Las Vegas Marriott five stars except for the small TVs in the room and the location. It’s an excellent location for folks attending a conference, but it’s a bit of a hike if you want to grab a quick bite or a coffee. The Curb app worked great here for getting a cab; it’s just that I always needed a taxi to get to The ***** resorts. All in all, I could stay here again, although it isn’t always the best location for me.

I recently completed a one night stay at this hotel and overall was impressed with the property. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. The location is good if you are looking for a hotel near the airport. The hotel breakfast was a good value, especially since a continental buffet was included in the price of the hot, cooked to order entrees. As a Hilton Honors Diamond member, this was a good use of my food and beverage credit. The hotel is clean and quiet in spite of the airport location. Will definitely return.

It's okay. Some rooms are a lot older than others. Service needs some work. We stayed at the JW Marriott in Las Vegas over Thanksgiving in November. I booked a studio suite and I requested an upgrade through Marriott using my suite upgrade allocation. It should have put me in a one bedroom. The day before I arrived, I received an email telling me I could upgrade to a one bedroom for $60 per night. I replied back that I had requested the upgrade using my suite nights allocation. They should be able to confirm it at no cost. I did not receive a reply. When I arrived at the hotel, they tried to tell me that I needed to pay them $60 per night for my existing room. They then determined this was incorrect. When they gave me the room key, they told me that they had used my suite upgrade. I went to the room only to find that it was the studio suite that I had originally booked. I went back to the desk where they figured out that I should be in a one bedroom. They checked me in again and sent me to a different tower. It was a one bedroom. The suite was large but definitely worn and dated. It was clean but the room had no personality. The food at the hotel is just not great. We ate at their coffee shop twice. The iced tea was horrible. It was from a tap. The food was sub par. If you stay at this hotel, use delivery or go out to eat.

The male staff in the evening shift is very friendly, very patient, always smiling, and the service is very good! It rained outside and I also borrowed an umbrella for me. The room was great, my room was on the top floor, there was a balcony in the room and the bed was very comfortable! The location is very good, just in the city center, to various attractions, shopping and shopping, the surrounding restaurants are very convenient, it should be the best hotel I have ever stayed on this trip! If you have the chance to go to Berlin again, you have to choose this hotel!

Stayed here for half a month, the hotel environment is very good, the service is good, and the spa is very comfortable. Room facilities are complete, kitchen, washing machine, dryer are all available, it is recommended to book a luxurious one- or two-bedroom room, the price is super high. Except for weekends, there are not many people on weekdays, and it is quiet and suitable for vacation.

To all my reader's who are reading this. My stay @ the Hilton Grand Vacations Club on the Las Vegas Strip was too short but still a great spot to stay. Some of the features of the room that I liked was the 2 layer curtains that had one to block out the glare and the other to completely block out all light from coming in. I also like the spacious mini fridge. I put a whole pizza box in there for the leftover pizza I ate the next morning being my concert. The view of the Festival entrance was great, especially at night with all the colorful lighting. It was also walking distance to my concert. They also have a marketplace which was convenient for me to buy drinks, ice cream and pizza and more. I recommend this place if you have a nearby event by the hotel and cause its very clean in the rooms and its private but also come with glass ware, microwave and coffee machine with a sink to wash your dishes. Also the pool area is nice. Please check it out if you like what you read. The only way to find out is if you try this hotel. Thank you for reading. :) Recommended. A++++

Typical high rise Hilton property which needs an updating. Stayed just one night to be off the strip as a pass through Vegas on our way to the Utah parks. Tried to find a decent Hilton property easy to get in and out of, which this property fits the bill. The problem is it’s in a poor location, in a semi rough area and has nothing good about it other than it’s a place for a quick stay. Another issue is we are Diamond Hilton members, and when we asked if there was a room upgrade, we were told by the desk person “we don’t have anything and if there was something, you’d have to pay a higher fee”. That was the most ridiculous answer I’ve heard since we know the hotel was lucky to be half full on a Thursday night. Can’t believe they would tell a loyal Hilton member such nonsense. May have to start being more loyal to Marriott properties after that experience. I would not recommend this Hilton property.

We exchanged our timeshare for our stay here. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, dining room, a laundry room, walk-in closets in both bedrooms. There were extra towels in each bathroom and pool towels in the closet. Each bathroom had a hair dryer. One bathroom had a shower, one had a soaking tub with a shower - although we couldn't really use the tub since it wouldn't fill. The main pool was ok - it's by the restaurant/bar - but you have to walk out to get to it. We mostly went to one of the other pools since there were bathrooms and a hot tub there (the main pool doesn't have a hot tub). There's not enough shade at any of the pools - it would be nice if there was some shade over the pool. It was ridiculously hot the week we were there. We didn't have a car during our stay, so we just ordered groceries through Instacart and they were delivered right to our door! We mostly walked to the shows or the Linq Promenade, or took a taxi. There was never anyone at the concierge desk, so no idea about that. They advertise that they have a shuttle, and we saw the van, but they said that they don't have one. That was confusing. It was being used every day, so not sure if it was a VIP thing or what. We were never bothered to go to a timeshare sales, so that's a bonus lol. There was a small bottle of dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and a couple little boxes of laundry soap. The bed was a little bit firm. Lots of pillows. plenty of outlets to plug things in.
