What a splendid experience at Mont d'Or. The staff went out of their way to assist us. The rooms are super clean and the views are unheard of.

Had an amazing stay. Great views and excellent service. Pity my aircon in my room was leaking and continuously wet my carpet and bathroom floor. Other than that, i had a great stay. I loved the spacious rooms, the SCRUMPTIOUS breakfast, and the views. I can honestly only complain about the leaking aircon. (which they wanted to come have a look at - however - i refused)

Stunning location with breathtaking views. Comfortable accommodation with all necessary amenities. Home away from home. The establishment was neat and clean. All staff were friendly and went out of their way to assist.

clean, stylish rooms with excellent service. The breakfast was good and tasty, and I had a beautiful view of the mountain. The hotel navigation as I entered was not problematic and the cars are safe with a guard looking after the cars at night.

Wil be coming back again when I get a chance as the service is quick and they go the extra mile for their clients which I highly appreciated. It is also very affordable too. I advise people to go there as they will not regret it.

Really enjoyed our stay at Mont d'Or Clarens. Family room was a good size with lovely amenities. The mountain view was breathtaking. Buffet breakfast was a lovely spread that catered for dietary requirements. Friendly staff and excellent hospitality. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

Such a clean and beautiful place. The views are amazing, it doesnt matter where you sit, you are faced with lovely mountains. For me travelling alone, i had the peace that i needed. I had to ask to change the room i was allocated because there was bit of traffic and I am not sure if i arrived when staff was on Lunch, they were talking just outside my room. The one i was moved to had a private balcony which made me relax and feel free. i had the best time ever. The tub needs to be fixed and the shower was not cleaned, so i ddnt use it.

Mont d'Or was a great place to stay with very friendly, helpful staff, a great view, and great food and drinks. The spa was also very relaxing and the ladies are clearly quite knowledgeable about how to treat you to a relaxing time.

The hotel was fine .Lovely views .Food was good .
Only thing we could not get bookings for Spa .
They need employ more staff at the Spa
