The apartment is located on the 2nd and 3rd (top floor) of a building very close to the train station center (transport: Trains, Buses and Tramways) and all shops. It consists of an entrance with a large sliding cupboard, opposite an open and equipped kitchen opening onto the garden. In the row is a large living-dining room, also overlooking the garden. On the street side, a bedroom (140 cm bed) with cupboard and desk. A large bathroom, with bathtub, a large vanity unit, and a washing machine. The toilets are separate and adjoin this bathroom. We access the first floor where there is a bedroom-office space, which consists of a large bed (160 cm), a desk, and a small living room with a 140 cm sofa bed. This apartment is bathed in light, quiet, and can accommodate up to 6 people, in good standard comfort. It is equipped with a flat screen TV, as well as a fiber WiFi connection. The view of the garden gives this place peace and serenity. An outdoor parking space on the garden side completes the apartment. Access is located on the street side (Hall, large staircase, Parking access).
