The hot water can run out quicker than expected, so please plan to space your showers accordingly, especially with a larger group. If you take a 10-minute shower, it will almost empty the whole hot water tank. The ceiling in the loft is no more than 40 inches in the middle.*The bathroom shower also has a short ceiling above.- We love doggos but keep in mind we have a two-pet limit and charge a $65 pet fee. If you do not add your pet to the listing, we will charge you an additional fee after your stay. Our cleaners know when pets come :) - Please, no pets on the furniture - Please make sure to pick up after your pet.- Please don't bring food or drinks into the loft. We hope to minimize the staining of the carpet and the linens. - Please, no shoes on the carpet or within the home. There is a mat or a place to put shoes right inside by the front door. This keeps our floors in the best shape.- Our home is on a septic system, so that means only TOILET PAPER can be flushed down the toilet, please no other products. We do have neighbors nearby and want to be respectful. - If you damage or leave an abnormal mess to clean up, you may be billed for extra cleaning services.
