The only good thing about this place was location and price. It is old and run down. Could do with a coat of paint to spruce it up. It was extremely noisy with live music outside, the cleaning lady arriving at 8am to clean rooms and common area. She was very aggressive when asking for the tourist tax. Had trouble getting shower water to turn on .unable to use shower as it was a high step up to get in with nothing to hold onto. Unable to use wardrobe cupboards as it had linen stored there. We didn't use the shared kitchen so can't comment. If you have mobility issues do not book here. We had large suitcases and struggled to get them up the stairs.

Für ein B&B am unteren Level. Kein warmes Wasser. Der Wasserstrahl war zudem kaum vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage müffelte leider ein wenig.

This B&B was just right for what we needed—a one-night stay before catching our cruise the next morning. The location was very convenient and made travel easy.
One unique touch was the old-fashioned key and lock, which was a fun little detail! The room had everything we needed, so no complaints there. Just a heads-up—it’s a communal space, so if others are in the shared area, you’ll likely hear some movement in the morning.
A couple of things to note: there’s no elevator, so be prepared for two flights of stairs. Also, if you’re arriving at night, the entrance is poorly lit—having a flashlight ready is a good idea!

Not recommended
Check in was easy, was not expecting a walk up. We would not recommend this unit. Walls are paper thin and we could hear people snoring, and certainly their conversations you’re not supposed to walk in to that space but that area. Shower was a trickle with not much hot water and a doorway abt a foot wide to get into shower. Just a disappointing experience.

Pros;stayed here for 4 days before the cruise. Location is amazing if you are cruising out of the port. The train station is nearby and we took it to visit Rome. They provide you vouchers for breakfast with three options on where to redeem. This is not a fancy place but it is a bargain for what you pay. We had the mimosa room. Few cons: door lock and keys are old school and may be hard at first to figure out. We had a bit of a problem and we also assisted a couple across the hall . The staff forgot one day of breakfast vouchers, I let them know the next day. Will book again as we really enjoyed our stay .
