The location is very pretty, on cobbled streets and narrow passages but very close to the main street. The staff was very kind and helpful and patient with us, even though we couldn't speak the language right. the rooms are spacious and excellently tidy and aesthetically pleasing. they have a common area with an open roof where you can stargaze on summer nights.

En el alojamiento hay CUCARACHAS pero lo peor es la respuesta que te da el anfitrión. Adjunto comentario:
De todas maneras, en Menorca es algo habitual en temporada de verano que combina calor y humedad...no es algo de la casa,ocurre en todo Menorca, es importante antes de visitar un lugar conocer la idiosincracia del sitio.
No te da ninguna solución. Yo tengo fobia a estos bichos. Ellos se justifican diciendo que hay que conocer la idiosincrasia del lugar. Alguien cree que eso es una respuesta para un cliente que viene q pasar una estancia agradable?
Enfin no recomiendo en absoluto este alojamiento

Mi estancia fue excelente de principio a fin. La habitación estaba impecable, amplia y con todos los detalles cuidados al máximo. La limpieza y el confort fueron impecables, y cada día encontrábamos un detalle que hacía la experiencia especial.

The shower wall was badly stained.
Dangerous frayed rug which was a trip hazard especially if going to the bathroom in the night.
No wifi connection unless close to the front door.
The smell of cigarettes was disgusting.
Dirty rug on landing.
Untidy landing.
Dirty floors.
No plug in the bathroom sink.
The hanging space had no space for a dress or pair of trousers because it was above the shelf where you would put hand luggage.
Shutters wouldn’t open.
Generally very run down.
