Toen we om 13u aankwamen was onze kamer helaas nog niet beschikbaar... Aan en in het zwembad gewacht tot 14u.
Prima kamer, prima ontbijt, prima zwembad. Allemaal dus prima, niet super hoogstaand voor de best forse prijs per nacht. Echt top was restaurant dat heel ruim is.
Helaas bij het ontbijt geen aparte warmwater machine om thee te maken. Dus voor thee ook in de rij voor de koffiemachine.
De kamer was erg krap aan het voeteneinde. Ik kon er als brede man alleen passeren door zijwaarts te lopen.

Excellent hotel. All staff were very friendly. We had a sea view room and would recommend. Perfect location for walking into Ciutadella. We enjoyed all aspects of our ten night stay and will definitely be back - hopefully for two weeks next time.

This is the second time visiting and it was as good as the first (last year). A lovely, modern hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. Ths room was great - air conditioning and fan made the room very comfortable, tea/coffee making facilities were so welcome, a secure safe to leave your valuables, the beds were very comfortable, towels that could be changed daily if required. All staff, from reception to the waiters/waitresses, housekeeping, etc., everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Plenty of choice at breakfast and evening meal and always really nice food. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Enjoyed staying at this hotel so much, we have already booked to return again next year for 12 nights and upgraded to a room with a seaview.

Booked a short break, 4 nights at this hotel for men and my son. Communication with hotel was good as requested a twin room due to travel with son. Also highlighted we would be arriving at noon and due to early flight and they promised to try and have room ready. Arrived by taxi to a warm welcome from a young lady on reception, welcome drink and gift was a very nice gesture. Room was ready which was so helpful. Stayed on ground floor with a small outdoor terrace. Room was very clean and modern. Good air con and ceiling fan kept room at a great temperature. Breakfast was good, lots of choice and fresh produce. Service was excellent throughout the stay from nearly all the staff, except one! A rather grumpy young lady in the bar area. Also are several times, lunch in the bar. Again great friendly service and good food. Never struggled to find a sunbed and it’s great to see a sign stating no reserving sunbeds with towels albeit some guests ignored it and did put towels out early. There is no need at there are plenty to go around and more in two balconies should you wish not to sit around the pool area. Highly recommended as it’s close mouth To the old town which is wonderful at night.

I do so much research when picking a holiday and I'm so pleased that this hotel came up when I was looking! We stayed here with our 10 month old and has the best time!! We were looking for an adults only vibe but somewhere you could take a baby and this was perfect. Lots of high chairs, very baby friendly Staff are so lovely - big shout out to our cleaner Susan! She was so lovely and really accommodating as to when was the best time to clean Room, pool and other areas great - we booked a suit and it was so much better than we expected Very close to ciutadella center (10/15 mins walk) Parking right outside hotel Sea with rocky 'beach' straight opposite hotel Very 'grown up feel' even with kids there Breakfast was great! I would also say if you are staying as a couple it isn't just a family hotel. Would recommend booking a suit as some of the 'normal' rooms look like they face a bar and I could see it being a bit noisy at night. Would go back and have been recommending to everyone!

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during my trip to Ciutadella and overall had a very pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated, and the location was excellent — just a short walk from the town center and the main attractions. I really appreciated the calm atmosphere and the friendly staff. If I had to point out one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast. The quality and variety were a bit below expectations, especially compared to the rest of the experience. That said, I still had a lovely stay and would recommend the hotel, especially for its charm and location.

This is our second visit to the hotel, our first being 3 years ago, before the refurb. For us it was better first time around. It's a beautiful hotel, and the staff are lovely and work so hard, in every aspect of the hotel, particularly after the exceptional heat of the last 3 weeks!! Our negatives for the hotel.....the "slamming" of guest room doors, all day and all night! That's all you could hear. If people slammed them hard enough, your room would vibrate. People could close them quietly if they wanted to, but very few did, we found that incredibly ignorant and bad mannered. The sound proofing to rooms is none existence either, some guests were so noisy, they might as well of been sharing your room with you. We were fortunate enough to have 3 weeks, but sadly, this was not the rest and relaxing break we had anticipated.
