Personal completamente desinteresado. Quise tomar un refresco en la cafetería y la tenían toda la tarde cerrada. El desayuno muy malo y muy mal atendido. Las maquinas de café dejaban de funcionar y nadie intervenía. Alguna camarera incluso te miraba mal cuando le pedías algo.

I had a reservation for one night and paid as expected my expenses However, I was surprised to check my account and see that 3 nights were charged for the same night. It's obviously a mistake from NH reservation but I am still struggling with the NH reservation to get the reimbursment.
