Realmente el hotel está en la misma calle del consulado a pocos metros , mejor locación imposible . Las habitaciones están buenas, cómodas y amplias . Para mí deben mejorar el restaurante y el servicio de desayuno que estaba pésimo. Lo bueno que tienes justo frente al hotel el restaurante Chapas Prime que tiene buen desayuno buffet y buen café.

Estuvimos mis padres, mi niño y yo en habitación doble que nos incluía desayuno americano, muy limpio todo, utilizamos la alberca y el área recreativa la cuál está muy linda y tiene su snack bar. Definitivamente volveremos.

Todos los empleados fueron muy amables y me ayudaron con lo que necesitaba. El conductor del shuttle es muy amable y te hace sentir comodo/a. Estuve ahi una semana y aunque estuve aburrida fue una buena estancia. Escogi este hotel por lo cerca que esta a el consulado Americano y me alegra porque pude ir caminando sin tener que cruzar ninguna calle.

Camas horribles, terminas con dolor de espalda,si estas en el 5to piso desde las 6 am a las 10 pm gente en el gimnasio de ridiculos empiezan a dejar caer las pesas y literal sientes que retumba todo el techo El aire acondicionado olia muy mal. Ubicacion, y servicio bueno.

¡Wow este hotel! Fui sorprendida gratamente en mi estancia. A pasos del CAS y Consulado, encontrarás a un hotel donde su staff está comprometido a que tu estancia sea la mejor. Teníamos que viajar a Juárez para hacer unos trámites y honestamente el corazón iba cargado por tantos pendientes y por el trámite en si. Este lugar fue un remanso en medio de tanto estrés: un personal súper agradable que con una sonrisa te ayudarán; habitaciones limpias, cómodas y con lo necesario para tu estancia; un desayuno delicioso (no se si es porque lo hacen con mucho amor, pero desde que te sirven es lindo); ubicación inmejorable si vas a trámites en la embajada de USA, adicional a que a unos pasos más está un mall con tiendas y restaurantes. En conclusión: un hotel SÚPER recomendado para tu estancia en Ciudad Juárez. Mesaluna: ¡gracias, gracias, gracias! Son un GRAN hotel :)

Los recepcionistas del turno nocturno no te apoyan y tienen mala actitud, en todo el hotel no tienen maquinas de snack, así que te recomiendo que si vas a hospedarte lleves al menos algo por si te da hambre en las madrugadas ya que la tienda de snack que tienen cierra a las 10:30 pm, la limpieza en las habitaciones a mi parecer deja mucho que desear ya que cuando llegamos y queríamos utilizar la regadera tenía cabellos, mi última noche de hospedaje ya no pusieron jabón en la regadera (solo en el lavamanos). Pedí apoyo para traslado al aeropuerto y me dijeron rotundamente que el horario que yo requería no se podía ya que solo se realizaba en horas completas (ejemplo: 6,7,8,9) no en medias horas. El buffet de desayuno no es muy variado (en los 3 días que estuve sirvieron chilaquiles, frijoles, huevo,fruta y pan; en caso de querer acompañar tu desayuno con agua, se cobra aparte.

Muy mal servicio, el desayuno solo como dos mesas están disponibles según ellos por COVID, a viendo como 20 mesas, bueno también el cuarto es malísimo, es el cuarto más feo que e visto, también los pasillos están muy sucios, no se engallen por la apariencia que tiene por afuera y el lobby, y además por su precio no lo vale, mal lugar para quedarse.
