Nice hotel I could stay again if I needed it pretty close to everything only thing I didn't like was the pillows that where to hard other than that room was pretty big and clean and the check in was around 3:30 pm so I was expecting the room before that time

The staff was so helpful. I love the room so clean. I love how so elegante the lobby is. Also they speak English too. The breakfast was so good. Also the bar made great drinks i like the bloody marie highly recommend. You know I think it is a good idea to use your door key to turn on your electricity in your room

Recently renovated hotel, so everything feels new .... very comfortable and clean room, ... some details that bothered me; I had not touched a hotel that would force you check-in until 4 pm, reserve a two-bed room and I had not touched me at any hotel that told you they would charge you for a third adult, I annoy the comment (although we were only two), and the last touched me a few people who were drinking alcohol in the front parking ... for all the other OK.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a discounted rate through a friend, for a total of 8 days and 7 nights. We had adjoining rooms which was very convenient and fun. We felt safe on the fourth floor however our rooms were right next to the elevators and once a big group of kids/adults checked in the noise level went up. You can hear slamming of doors. We requested that maintenance unclog the sink in one of our bathrooms but they never did and it was pretty nasty to have the water never fully drain correctly. One of the rooms had a light fixture go out and start smoking but maintenance did come for that and made sure it was safe. The breakfast that is offered downstairs is overpriced with limited selection. The beds were comfy but the pillows were too soft/small for our liking. The room service is convenient and great customer service, really elevated the hotel experience. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider this location in the future.

GGuest UserLet me start with the water! It smells horrible makes it so uncomfortable to even want to shower. Wifi is so bad, breakfast is okay . Only one elevator works and their transit vans staff claims doesn’t work to avoid taking guests to their appointments. Rooms are very small and sheets smell horrible as well had so many hair and stains, they don’t care about their guests only their money . If they did they would fix all these issues to insure everyone’s wellbeing and comfort . Only true benefit is you are right across from the consulate, we definitely did not renovate our stay here and went to the Hampton which ended up being cheaper and has a pool and gym along with breakfast. Also washer and dryer don’t work either ! Primero que nada el agua tiene un olor horrible al igual que las sábanas y el cuarto, los cuartos son demasiados pequeños sin lugar para poner tus pertenencias, el servicio del wifi es demasiado lento y se corta muy seguido. Les dicen a la gente que el van que tienen de transporte no sirve para evitar llevar a la gente a sus citas . Ay dos elevadores con el hotel lleno y nunca vimos que llevaran a alguien para intentar arreglarlos . Hay hoteles más baratos y muchísimo más limpios que este que igual incluyen el desayuno . El único benificio de aquí es al cruzar la calle está El Consulado y toda sus citas para inmigración . Busquen otro hotel para estar más cómodos a ellos solo les importa su dinero no la comodidad y bien estar de la gente.

GGuest UserI had a reservation for 2 nights from July 8th to July 10th. My flight was delayed so I arrived at the hotel at midnight. The person in the reception toll me that my reservation did not exist and that the hotel was full. I had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night. Next morning I found that my credit card was charged for the night. I called to the hotel and ask to speak with Salvador Alba which is supposed to be the manager but he did not want to take my call saying that he was busy. I called later and he again did not take my call. I am going to escalate this matter with Wyndham since I always star in their hotels and never had this experience.

GGuest UserOn 19 October he called to ask the booking process, we shared the account and clave to make the transfer, at 5min the deposit was made, we talked to confirm the payment but they did not answer and after several times of Marking had to answer the calls they were told that the payment had already been made and commented that they could not confirm because their counter worked until 4:00 pm, it can be noted that there was still 20 minutes before 4:00 pm, After continuing to insist that they could confirm the deposit made for a night's reservation the young receptionist was only replied ”if”, ”no”, ”if”, that's all I can help, i.e., I did not answer the question if the deposit was already left and that confirmed the reservation, I continued to answer ”if”, ”no”, there is something more in which I can support it, I hang and had to mark again and when I answered I knew it was me again asking for the confirmation of the The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. Bueno que se puede opinar de este hotel… lo visité en julio del 24 por motivos, como creo serán los tuyos, de tener una cita en el centro de atención a solicitantes de visa americana. Muy bien, el sitio no es para nada difícil de localizar, con un acceso, bastante amigable si te desplazas en vehículo particular y aun menor si viajas en taxi. A la llegada, el personal te recibe con una pluma de seguridad, aunque no es precisamente amable en su trato, en realidad no me importa que no sea muy efusivo con su trato. El personal en lobby, fue amable y tranquilo, nos hizo una cobranza oportuna, entrego una llave y dio las indicaciones para estacionar el vehículo (por que el hotel tiene estacionamiento) y las indicaciones para llegar a nuestra habitación. Me pareció curioso que aun hubiera hoteles con cerraduras mecánicas, pero bueno, nuestra habitación se encontraba en un ala muy al fondo y lejos del estacionamiento, quien sabe por que… Estábamos bastante aislados de otra gente y se agradece, lo primero que notamos es que la puerta de nuestra habitación tenia en la parte de atrás un letrero que dice “solo personal autorizado” así que es una puerta reciclada, lo cual me alegra, pero a la vez muestra que les valió pingüino. La pantalla de televisión funcionaba, el baño se apreciaba limpio, y en general la habitación se encontraba bastante ordenada. No es queja pero en la habitación mencionada, el lavamanos estaba funcionando demasiado lentamente a modo que lavarse las manos dejaba evidencia de que se había ocluido con… alguna cosa. Seria muy adecuado repararlo. Bueno ya me queje de algunas cosas, ahora lo bueno, en general, el hotel no es pequeño, no es un motelucho, no es un sitio feo en absoluto, las habitaciones, fueron espaciosas y la cama aunque no era King size, fue lo adecuada. Supongo que como yo, la mayoría de las personas que se hospeden aquí, o que busquen un sitio en las cercanías, están buscando o tienen una cita en el consulado, así que este es en mi opinión la mejor opción. El precio, lo que ofrece y la localización son realmente insuperables. No he hablado de ello, pero en el precio se incluye el desayuno, y a pesar de lo que yo mismo había pensado, y que pude suponer que era un desayuno… genérico e intercambiable, fue sorpresivamente casero y bien hecho. Lo disfruté muchísimo! Realmente es una gran opción, por que para una cita al consulado, hace falta caminar unos 3 o 4 minutos solamente. Lo recomiendo en sobremanera.

YY2065JNmaryrNo vengan a este hotel! Muy mala experiencia. Vivimos en Estados Unidos. Lamentablemente no pudimos encontrar otro lugar cerca al consulado. Los cuartos no aspirados (ya que todo tiene alfombra) los baños sucios, pedí que cambiaran sabanas y nunca pasó. Te dan la llave que no abre tu puerta y te hacen bajar para cambiar el control que ellos te dieron por “equivocación”. Y esperar 1hora para mandar al de mantenimiento a que programe tu TV. Un desastre!!!!! Creo que a nadie le importaría pagar un poco más pero tener un excelente servicio. Sin mencionar que al final de tu estadía tienes que regresar el control remoto que te dieron al principio junto con una hoja para devolverte un depósito (que no recuerdo la cantidad). Si no tienes esa hoja adiós depósito.

ZZHEPENGThe room is OK, in Juarez should be worth the price. Breakfast included, restaurant on the first floor, very close to the Liverpool supermarket, there is a food street, Chinese restaurants, shopping is very convenient.
