Una muy mala experiencia llegamos cerca de las 10 PM al hotel, reservamos una habitación la cual se asignó en la planta baja al entrar nos encontramos con algo desagradable, el piso de la habitación con polvo, cabellos, la ropa de cama sucia, y el baño en pésimas condiciones el wc con sarro, espejos manchados, llaves de lavabo y regadera sucias con sarro y cabellos, lavabos sucios al ver esto se lo informamos a recepción e inmediato nos cambiaron de habitación la cual está en las mismas condiciones, sólo que está segunda por lo menos hicieron el intento de limpiarla pero con moho en la ducha, llaves sucias, las sábanas limpias pero manchadas, el aire acondicionado muy ruidoso durante toda la noche y el olor de la habitación poco agradable, nos quedamos por el horario que era muy tarde y estábamos muy cansados, pero realmente no lo recomendamos

Estuve 2 noches , y nunca me hicieron la habitacion el segundo dia regrese a las 8pm y les informe a recepcion que no estaba limpia la habitacion, despues de un rato me informaron que ya no habia camaristas, pero que si queria me podian cambiar de habitacion, no acepte porque al otro dia tenia que estar al aeropuesto a las 7 am y ya estaba por dormirme, el desayuno es muy escaso y al reservar se promete que tienen servicion aeropuerto- hotel, hotel- aeropuerto gratis cosa que no es porque la camioneta que hace los traslados la tienen descopuesta afuera del hotel, en general no recomiento este hotel, nunca volveré a hospedarme en el .
